I am definitely coming back! The host Sergio went out of his way to accommodate us. Everything is so clean, the apartment is close to the center, to all of the attractions that Palermo has to offer, and above all safety that you need and seek when you travel. The apartment was stocked with all amenities and more you can expect for the price that was paid. I can only say that our vacation was so much better because of our stay and hospitality of the host. There is nothing I didn't like.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is excellent, with all the main attractions within easy walking distance. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, and extremely well equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The host was lovely, friendly, and always available to help whenever we needed anything. We truly felt welcome and had a great experience from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to friends and family!

The whole apartment was clean and tidy. The A/C was a big help.

The water pressure from the bathroom. The shower pressure was a bit too strong and the bathroom tap was low pressure.

Comoda posizione in centro.

Edificio senza ascensore, con scale sporchissime. In casa non erano presenti scopa e paletta, quindi non era possibile effettuare le pulizie. Il secondo letto per i ragazzi era scricchiolante e instabile. Abbiamo scoperto di non poter buttare la carta igienica nel water, ma a questo invito non ha corrisposto la pulizia giornaliera della camera con rimozione del cestino. Inoltre, si è guastato il telecomando del condizionatore: abbiamo avvisato la mattina che era rimasto acceso, ma nonostante la promessa di sistemazione, in giornata non è passato nessuno. La sera abbiamo dovuto telefonare per avere istruzioni e la cosa si è risolta solo perché le altre stanze erano libere e abbiamo sostituito il telecomando. All'arrivo non solo non c'era acqua fresca nel frigorifero, ma c'erano anche gli avanzi di bevande e cibo degli occupanti precedenti.
