Valverde Home

Location was good. Everything was walkable, bus straight to central train station and one bus ride to the airport.

A bit noisy at night and there were no lights from drownstairs to the units.

The property was super conveniently located. If we had known just how good we would have done our airport transfer by bus rather than private taxi. There are local convenient stores nearby. A great cafe for morning coffee if you don’t chose to have one provided by Valverde. Fantastic market/restaurant strip 100 metres away. The room was a great size. Perfect for our needs. A shared kitchen facility also with washing machine and dryer. Would stay at Valverde again without hesitation. Directions and personal check in by Rossella was excellent. Advised we could check in early then arranged to meet us. So nice and much appreciated.

Nothing to dislike about the property for us. Was better than anticipated.

The property was perfect in every way- Speaking from my own experience, if you are a solo female (or male) this is the perfect place and location. I had the single room and it was great size for one or even two people is still fine. The balcony was lovely and the kitchen had everything you needed. Comfy bed and aircon worked very well. Bathroom was great size and shower was excellent. The host lady was very helpful and accommodating and gave great recommendations of places to go to. The location is right of the Main Street via Roma. I loved this location as it felt very safe. The alley way in 1 min if that walk off the main road and felt safe. I ventured out to eat near the train station and am happy to have chosen to stay in this different area as for solo female is a lot safer by what I could see. Bus stop from airport drops you off 2 min walk away and there is a convenience store 1 min walk away and anytime fitness if you want😆

Clean appartment, good location, the bottle of prosecco to celebrate NYE was a nice touch.

We had to wait outside on the street for an hour until someone came to let us in. There was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom that engulfed the bedroom, after informing our host, it seemed like someone would come to check it out, but when we returned late the following evening it was clear that no one had come. The doors didn't close well so we woke up multiple times during the night when other guests were arriving, leaving or going into the shared kitchen.
