Andrea's place was refined, chic and clean. The building was easy to find, it felt safe and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Just around the corner from the building is a bustling square that's a street food market by day , and a gathering spot at night. Andrea gave great detailed instructions, with videos, on how to access the building and room. The housekeeper, Alessandra was very friendly and cleaned up the common areas every day. The room doesn't get a lot of natural light, but on the flip side it stayed pretty cool throughout the hot day while we were out. I would recommend this place for either solo or couples travelers while visiting Palermo.

We loved our stay - a trendy, clean room in a fab location in Palermo city centre. Communication with the host was great, he sent us loads of information over Whatsapp before & during our stay. The room was kept cool with aircon and doors were really sound proof. The housekeeper Alessandra was lovely and did a great job of keeping our room clean and tidy.
The lift didnt stop on the floor the room was on so maybe not suitable for travellers with a lot of luggage and would be inaccessable for wheelchair users or those with poor mobility.
