Ballarò Guest House

Andrea is an excellent host—open, relaxed, attentive, friendly, and incredibly kind in communication. He and his mother-in-law made us feel truly welcome and comfortable throughout our stay, and I wholeheartedly recommend Ballarò Guest House. The location is absolutely perfect—right by the main street, while all the city's main landmarks and attractions are only a short walk away. A special highlight was having breakfast on the beautifully decorated terrace, thoughtfully arranged for guests. It became our favorite place to relax in the evenings, looking through our photos of the city and reflecting on the wonderful experiences of the day. The breakfast itself was excellent and very generous, offering both savory and sweet pastries, spreads, juices, and coffee. The hosts, the apartment, and the location—everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Palermo! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The only small suggestion for improvement would be to provide a few more toiletries in the bathroom.

The owner was very hospitable, spoke English, accommodated our request to store our luggage for the afternoon after we checked out, and provided a generous breakfast. Beautiful property, modern, well-maintained and secure. Kitchen facilities (fridge, stove, etc.) were available but we didn’t use them. Spacious bathroom.

The marble floors were a bit slippery in our room; maybe just polished?

Very comfortable bed. Nice terrace. Communal kitchen, living room and large terrace. Modern, clean bathroom.

Fantastic location close to main railway station and within Walking distance of most attractions. The host Andrea was very good. Breakfast on the balcony was very nice.
