The best stay in Palermo. Very luxurious rooms, the friendliest owner, located in a historic building and very central to everything. The facilities exceeded our expectations, we wished we had stayed the entire week here. Very comfortable beds, fast wifi, great aircon, and a lovely view of the church from our balcony.
Needless to say: this is our chosen stay next time we're in Palermo.

Good location that made the city very walkable. Appreciated the in-room sauna but did not have time to use it. Room was quiet and the A/C worked well.
Barn door to the bathroom made too much noise which was disruptive to others in the room who are sleeping. Lack of timely communication prior to arrival. Coffee machine available in the kitchen area but no supplies were provided.

Good location
Super loud at night (earplugs provided) due to the bars on the piazza outside. Had to wait a while at night to be let in and asked for a blanket the next time -- unfortunately the manager said he was out of town and unable to bring me one. The floor didn't seem like it had been cleaned.
