Comfortable rooms, location was good and the staff was very friendly!
Also it was nice to have a pool area to relax during a hot day in Palermo.
Good to note that the pool is really a city-pool so not so much suited for a whole pool day - but for cooling off it was great!

Lovely old building, not too far from the centre and small car travel from main attractions.
As to be expected it’s an old building with charm. So whatever comes with that is to be expected.

Breakfast was really good. The breakfast eating area is dark and dingy so we ate outside. The hosts were very good and accommodating.
The bus stop was nearby.
I found it a bit far from the centre. However the botanical gardens were very near.
It was very noisy from the street below.
