Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. When my husband had to be hospitalized in Palermo, the staff went out of their way to find me accommodations closer to the hospital.
The bathroom was a little bit tricky because there was a step up to the toilet, shower, and sink, which could have posted a problem in the middle of the night. Fortunately, we were able to avoid any mishaps.

Very clean. Nicely decorated. Central position. Lovely helpful staff. Separate toilet and shower but that helped keep the steam in another area.

We stayed 3 nights here. Location is good we can park our car easily in front of apartment. Room and whole apartment is clean, breakfast you have all you need and staffs are very helpful. We got a room with bathroom outside. For us there is no problem at all.
