We loved everything! Old world charm with all of the modern amenities you could desire. The property is so beautiful and well maintained that we thought it had just been remodeled. But it is the staff that truly set this property apart from others. Roberta is superfantastic! She answered every question, assisted with transportation, cooked breakfast, and came through big time when I forgot my passport in the room safe. I would have missed my flight without her help. I will never stay at any other property in Palermo.

Convenient location in the old town close to major attractions. Clean and comfortable bed.
Not suitable for anybody with mobility issues. Difficult to find. Stumbled with my phone while balancing luggage and an umbrella in the rain until I found the WhatsApp message with the code. Bumped my head on the low door. Crossed a courtyard avoiding the puddle and construction. Carried my suitcases up 2 flights of stairs. Opened the door of my "suite" to a small entranceway described as a "living room". No place to hang my wet jacket. Then carried my suitcases up a steep, narrow staircase to the loft. Needed to make one last business call, but the wifi was insufficient for video at 5 MBs upload speed.
