The accommodation is located in the very heart of the city center. You are close to the train station, tourist attractions, and the harbor. Considering its location, the apartment is surprisingly quiet. Very clean and nicely furnished room with a bathroom. I would definitely return here again. I also consider the communication with the owner and the smooth check-in after midnight to be a huge plus. Ideally suited if you are traveling alone or as a couple.
The only disadvantage I found is that there are other rooms within the accommodation, so if you're unlucky, other guests might stay there who can be quite noisy. Otherwise, everything was great as far as I'm concerned.

Comodo avere una Sala comune dove è possibile mangiare e usufruire di una piccola cucina, frigo, tostapane, macchinetta caffè ecc

In bagno manca il bidet e la camera è poco insonorizzata con l’interno

Clean, comfortable room with a spacious modern bathroom. Excellent location close to the city center, and the host was incredibly helpful. Highly recommended!
The only thing that could be improved is having a bit more storage space in the room.

Central location. Clear and frequent communication with the host throughout the stay. The communal kitchen was equipped with essentials, and the cleaning staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Located just off Via Maqueda, a lively main street filled with markets, bars, and restaurants, the area is quite noisy throughout the day, and the thin windows let in a lot of street sound, earplugs would be a helpful addition for guests. The room itself was small and basic with quite cheap and flimsy furniture, with what seemed to be a somewhat uncomfortable fold-out sofa bed and lightweight side tables attached to it.
