The communication from when I made the booking was exceptional and Luisa was so responsive.
The pictures don't actually do the property justice. It is stunning and on a very quiet street in central Palermo, whilst being in a fantastic area to stay in.
It was very quiet, spacious and exceptionally clean. The air conditioning was fantastic.
The detail and furnishings of the room were very chic and smart.
Absolutely nothing! Everything was perfect for us and our friends who stayed there in the next door room.

The room was well equipped with everything you needed. It was very spacious and safe area in Palermo. Louisa was a sweetheart. She helped make us feel welcomed and went out of her way to answer any questions we had. She also kindly gave us a number for a private driver who picked us up right out front and delivered us to the airport for only 45 euros on our departure.
We enjoyed everything.
