The property in located in the centre of Quattro canti, you have a stream of restaurants and cafes on the way to the hotel, so many options for food. The beds were comfortable. Many towels were provided, but you are given towels once so keep it. It also has a lovely little balcony.
Lots of people have mentioned the aircon, but the central aircon has to turned on before the one in your room is, so call them and they send someone to turn it on, it’s not the best aircon but it does the job in the summer heat! You most likely will not be able to check in early so I suggest using the storage rooms that they offer, which comes with a price. The shower does get cold when you leave it on for too long but just turn it off and switch on again.

Fantastic location (easy 15-20 minute walk from train along largely pedestrianised street) and great to have a balcony for morning coffee and evening relaxation with usually some live music and opera outside. Beautiful setting and In amongst numerous dining options.
Beautiful building but tight steps won't be for everyone, especially if heavier luggage. Fine for me.
If you're an early to bed traveller worth noting was usually quite noisy until around 11pm given central location in key tourist area with live music and many cafes/restaurants. After this there seemed to be a curfew however and balcony windows/blinds when closed did decent job in reducing impact. To me added some atmosphere so is a trade off against lively location.

Seems a little odd to empty our own wastepaper baskets on leaving. Not sure about that.

The room was quite nice, we even had a mini fridge, although It only worked when we were in the room (since you need to have the keycard in the reader to have electricity).
The staff felt disconnected and wasn't exactly helpful. On our first day, the person giving us the key mentioned they had a shuttle service to the airport. Yet when we tried contacting them about it on WhatsApp, they said such a service was not available.
When confronted about the fact that in their listing it mentions that service, they became silent and never responded.
On the last day, we asked if someone would come get the keycard, or if we should leave it in the room, but they didn't respond.
