I had a an amazing stay at B&B Vivere. The location is unbeatable, super clean, spacious bathroom, beautiful balcony.. and the list could on and on. The host extremely responsive, flexible and nice. I would recommend to anyone staying at Palermo. I will definitely come back on my next visit.

This guest house is on the top floor of a building right in the heart of Palermo. Because of the noise outside on the street you think the room will be noisy, but the windows (and AC) block out the noise; it was miraculous. There was a small patio where we could sit out in the morning. The location is amazing.
There was a slight musty, unpleasant toilet smell in the room and in the bathroom.

Great location right in the middle of all the action. Working elevator makers getting your luggage to your room a breeze. Nice balcony to sit out on and have a coffee to start your day
While the location is great, it is a quite lively street. With the balcony door open it may be too noisy for many. With it shut you are protected from that noise, so you are left to choose between fresh air or a good night's sleep.

It was wery central, nice balcony , but small room.
The stuff was invisoble, just when we arriwed we saw him, no cleaning on room, they dont waste basket on room for 3 days, no toiletpaper, u have to buy that buy your self.
