Breakfast was wonderful selection of food and a beautiful view from the terrace. A great place to start the day. As with everything about this place — excellent staff. Esther was fantastic. Receptionists were bright, cheerful and helpful. Communication before and during our stay was excellent. Perfect location! This hotel is very well located. I recommend it highly.
I wish we had paid more attention to the offer to arrange a car and driver from the airport. We did have them arrange them for our return to the airport and the car, driver and experience were luxurious.

Washer and Dryer great, water in refrigerator up first entry to room., breakfast was fine, room with bidet was a bonus. booked room with two bedrooms and bathrooms.
NOISE from street, shower floor VERY slippery, no lotion, coffee maker.no coffee, kitchen area, no microwave, zero silverware , no instructions on how to use the stove. ZERO handrails VERY unnerving, limited electric outlet, tv stations ALL in Italian not even CNN or BBC in English, window coverings (pull down shades) didn't completely cover window thus letting light in difficulty to sleep. As one that has traveled the world this lodging was very disappointing!
