The location is good, the staff where very nice and friendly, the gym is great 👍

The hotel is centrally located easy walking distance to restaurants and monuments, no need for a car in Palermo as it is very walkable and not far from hotel. Excellent restaurant on roof terrace. Breakfast was excellent best coffee all staff were great in reception, restaurant and breakfast area could not do enough for us. Rooms very clean and a good size. staff excellent were very helpful.

I rarely leave reviews unless a place really stands out, and this one did. The location is great, but the people here are what made the stay special. Everyone was so warm, friendly, and genuinely nice. Nothing felt forced or like the usual polite hotel service. They just seemed like good people who really cared. It honestly feels like a family-run hotel, even though I have no idea if it actually is. That’s just the kind of welcoming feeling you get here. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. Thank you for all the smiles, the kindness, and for always being so willing to help. You made our stay feel extra special.
