From the moment I made my booking, the experience with Locanda Santamarina Dimora di Charme was exceptional. The team was incredibly communicative, helpful, and always responded to my questions promptly. They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect before I even arrived.
Every member of staff was warm, friendly, and approachable, but a special mention has to go to Francesco at the front desk. He is an absolute credit to the hotel, professional, genuinely welcoming, and always happy to help with a smile. His kindness and excellent communication made my stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel itself is absolutely fantastic. The rooms, facilities, and attention to detail are everything you could wish for. The location is perfect, with all the main attractions within easy walking distance.
The gym, located just a minute away at the sister property, Palazzo Santamarina, is very well equipped, and the staff there were equally welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was delicious, offering a great selection to start the day, and the rooftop jacuzzi was the perfect place to relax and unwind in the afternoon.
I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Everything exceeded my expectations, from the outstanding service to the beautiful facilities. I cannot recommend Locanda Santamarina Dimora di Charme highly enough and will definitely be returning in the future.

The location is superb
The decor ! Feels like an office, very cold and not chic at all! Shame as it’s a lovely building and could be wonderful - not at all impressive ..

It was ideally located in Palermo - within walking distance of everything.
The communication was very easy from the start with some instructions for parking.
The place is absolutely beautiful and the staff were all super nice. We would definitely recommend!
The view from the rooftop is also very nice!

The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming and never tired of questions or requests. The location was absolutely perfect; close to major attractions but off the main tourist street and noise. Breakfast was a nice selection with a friendly staff and pleasant eating area.
Our room faced an interior courtyard so tended to be quite dark. It would be nice in such a dark room to have some color in the decor. With the windows open you can hear some noise from other rooms and the bar.
