The location close to the cathedral and restaurants was perfect. The staff were very good and so was breakfast

The two and a half flights of stairs to get to the rooms and the pre-arrival check in process was tedious and unnecessary as they took photos of our passports on arrival anyway

Location, room, the building is so beautiful, the ceiling had a beautiful painting, the ladies at breakfast were very friendly and accommodating

TV is definitely too small for the size of the room. would be nice to add some milk sachet at the breakfast table, and have coffee or tea

Good location close to the center. Ladies serving breakfast are kind. The room was clean.

The check-in personnel is the best example how NOT to treat your guests: - the BB is located just outside the ZTL zone. There were no clear instructions how to get there by car, and Google Maps constantly wanted to take me through the ZTL zone. When I asked help from the host on the phone, he did not pick it up, and kept texting useless information. - After 1 hour of struggle, when we arrived, the host waited on the balcony, immediately declared that he does not speak English, and did not even come down to help explain how parking works. - When I went upstairs and spoke Italian with him, he arrogantly shouted at me for being late and making him wait. Beside this, the neighbors were shouting agressively at the evening, there was no lift at all, wifi did not work due to a technical issue, and there was a strange noise (probably the water heating system) during daytime and mysterious banging noise in the night.
