It was a very beautiful unique traditional building with high ceilings and frescos on the ceiling. The location was good near the centre of town and near a secure underground carpark so we didn’t have to worry about our hire car. The breakfast buffet had a wonderful selection and we could sit outside in the courtyard.
We had booked a room for 2 people with a balcony overlooking the roof tops of Palermo, but on arrival we were told the room was not available. We were ‘upgraded’ to a family room that was split over 2 levels with very narrow stairs. Not ideal. We had some views but not really what we had booked, so we were a bit disappointed.

Amazing property in an excellent location. Had a fabulous suite with 2 balconies overlooking the street. Everyone was lovely especially Fanny (the Manager) incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. Breakfast on the terrace is special.
Absolutely nothing except would have loved to stay another night but it wasn’t available.

B&B was centrally located. Admintrative staff were helpful and friendly.
There was an enormous Water Heater in the bathroom, never seen anything llike it this size before, making a LOUD Humming noise, was very disturbing to say the least.
