Everything!
Waking up to the sound of the sea, swimming just steps from our door, and experiencing the kindness and generosity of Toto and Diana made this a truly magical stay. Everything was exceptional, from the location and comfort to the thoughtful personal touches. We arrived as guests and left feeling like friends. Cefalù stole our hearts, and Palazzo Cettina Sul Mare was a big reason why.
There really isn't anything not to like - it is the perfect place!

Very well situated in old town Palermo.
It was initially tricky to figure out the zone restrictions for car, coming to the location to drop baggage. The house itself was great.

Charming property-authentic but very well modernized!
You should put some form of drying racks for clothes because in the heat we need to wash everything all the time :) there are really stylish ones that are retractable and could be put inside the bathrooms. Otherwise everything was really nice!

Very welcoming and nice hotel. The service was exceptional and the continental breakfast was delicious and plentiful. So man options!
The hotel is close to the food market and restaurants.
The rooms were spacious and clean, with the spare room upstairs in the loft.
No issue was too big to assist and Fanny was so helpful.
Would definitely stay again if we come to Palermo.
The safe didn’t work at times however didn’t affect our stay, however Fanny was also happy to help.
