Location and their was a lift

Room was comfortable but quite small fridge not working properly

Great location! The room was comfortable and spacious. I loved the balcony views!

The walls were a little thin so we could hear everyone’s conversation in the hallway.

We did not have any breakfast which was a big loss. The room was tiny bathroom was tiny, acess to shower & changing room for late flight back would be useful. The location, staff & communication was very good

Location was great once you arrived for walkable sites. Staff was very kind and tried to help but never resolved wifi issues etc.

Room was VERY basic and nothing like the photos on the site. Parking was NOT on site, not easy, and extremely difficult with luggage and getting to the location. WiFi NEVER worked the entire stay in our room; I had to awkwardly sit in the hallway to use it. Noise: very disturbing anytime someone walked in hall, spoke outside in the hallway, slammed doors, etc. o could hear everything the neighbors said very loudly. NOT sound proof. Water was surging on and off while using showers and sink like it was going to explode. I asked for a refund of some kind due to wifi and sound issues but they offered free nights but since I live in the US I don’t plan to return to Palermo in the next year and would not stay here again, so that is useless to me and I would appreciate some compensation for the lack of working services advertised.
