Our hosts, location, the facilities, the city!
8 / 10Excellent·Sep 2026
The hosts were absolutely charming, and informative about the area & places to visit which was helpful!! Really warm people. The breakfast was lovely and tried a speciality cake from Palermo on recommendation! (Good job I don't live there... it was delicious - 'Iris cake') Room & bathroom super clean and excellent WiFi.
Location was little hard to find. Just in the pedestrian area and taxi pointed me in the wrong direction (not the hotels fault!!) A photo of entrance would be helpful, even if sent after booking. Reception area to the multi use complex a little tired. (Don't let this put you off.)

Everything was great, the owners of the accommodation welcomed us very well. Already upon entering we received recommendations on what to do in Palermo and around. Breakfast more than great, accommodation very clean, room big enough, everything you need is there, very clean
I have nothing to complain about, or to add, everything was perfect.
