Everything was great, the owners of the accommodation welcomed us very well. Already upon entering we received recommendations on what to do in Palermo and around. Breakfast more than great, accommodation very clean, room big enough, everything you need is there, very clean

Everything! Owners are super helpfull, breakfast is really nice. Rooms are super clean, facilities are clean as well. Location was perfect, close to bus station and 15 min walk to city center.

The hosts Daniel and Lorie were excellent and went above and beyond trying to make sure we were fine. They allowed us to keep our luggage inside the facilities of the B&B which was nice.
The exterior building isn’t nice. The room and bathroom were very small and not comfortable. Breakfast was very simple and basic but coffee was good. The fact that it was served by the hosts was nice. The bed was not comfortable either. We asked for a late checkout at noon (12) so we could come back from a tour and shower before heading to the airport and it was not granted even when check in is after 3PM and we were only going to use the bathroom. We did not appreciate that. The bathroom toilet sit was broken. The host said they could not replace it because it was Saturday. They did a quick fix so we could use it during the weekend
