The apartment was in a great location. The breakfast was nice. The room was a good size and nicely decorated. The room had a handy booklet with restaurant recommendations etc. The staff member who checked us in was very friendly and chatty. We ate at the popular pizza restaurant located right outside the B & B, which was very good.
The shower floor needed a good clean. There was mould in all the corners of the shower and it didn't drain properly. The floor of the shower filled up with water to your ankles while showering, which was gross with the mould. There is no lift in the building so you have to carry cases up long flights of stairs.

Excellent location and comfortable.
Some initial difficulty in obtaining a crib for our 7 month old baby but it was resolved in due course.

We liked the personal contact with the staff. It is a small hotel with 7 rooms.
When we arrived Roberta came down (reception is on the 3rd floor) to open the door. She took us to the bedroom, then we checked in at the reception. She explained all the details about Palermo, what to do, where to go, what to eat, etc. Other staff were also nice and helpful.
It is on a small pedestrian street. Though there is a restaurant bar in front of the entrance, our room was very quiet.
Nothing.
Everything was above our expectation
