Excellent location and comfortable.
Some initial difficulty in obtaining a crib for our 7 month old baby but it was resolved in due course.

We liked the personal contact with the staff. It is a small hotel with 7 rooms. When we arrived Roberta came down (reception is on the 3rd floor) to open the door. She took us to the bedroom, then we checked in at the reception. She explained all the details about Palermo, what to do, where to go, what to eat, etc. Other staff were also nice and helpful. It is on a small pedestrian street. Though there is a restaurant bar in front of the entrance, our room was very quiet.
