Emanuele and his father Ettore are exceptionally kind, thoughtful, and welcoming people. The check-in process was smooth and effortless. They greeted us with coffee, and Emanuele took the time to explain everything in detail, from practical information to recommendations for the best local food, architecture, nightlife, and hidden gems of Palermo. He also helped us with our luggage on the last day, even after check-out. We truly could not have chosen a better place to stay. We will always remember Palermo for their hospitality, and they should know that they are always welcome in Serbia. We will do our best to return the kindness they showed us. Highly recommended!

Muy buena ubicación y un excelente servicio por parte de los dueños. Emmanuele nos gestionó hasta la comida en una restaurante nada turístico con una relación precio-calidad inmejorable.

Staff Was Friendly

Below-average breakfast. There were no eggs, omelettes, or any hot breakfast options available—just a croissant and coffee. The coffee was brought by the staff from the kitchen, so asking for another cup felt a bit uncomfortable, unlike a self-service setup where refills are easy. The room was also in poor condition. There were blood stains from killed mosquitoes on the walls, which was quite unpleasant. The two beds had simply been pushed together, and my partner and I had to keep moving them back because they kept sliding apart during the night. The noise levels were another issue. You could hear everyone walking and talking in the hallway, and at one point someone was drilling in the middle of the day, which made it difficult to relax. Overall, I've had much better stays for this price range, so the experience was quite disappointing.
