Nice clean appartment 10 minutes walk from Teatro Massimo. Parking available in Orlando garage just 5 minutes walking. Both hosts are super nice and breakfast in the cafe is also a plus.

Fantastic host. Michael was very attentive and kind. He gave me a lot of interesting information about Palermo. The room is perfect for a tourist stay. Lovely view on the street. We can feel the Sicilian ambiance there. Tasty breakfast in a bar nearby. I highly recommend!

Supportive staff. A few bottles of beer in the fridge, some had passed the expiration/best-before dates
- The included breakfast was limited, consisting only of a single pastry and a cup of coffee. No buffet breakfast.
- There was no coffee machine or kettle in the room to prepare tea or coffee.
- There were black spots on the wall next to the bathtub that appeared to be mold.
- Card payment was not accepted for the city tax; only cash could be used.
- Not a good value for the money.
