Best rooms I have seen in medium category in Italy. In addition super great host who gave suggestions for great restaurants and also solved one of my issues. Next time should come with my GF.

Quaint, good location (just a short walk away from the historic center) - Massimo the Owner was super helpful and was always happy to help where possible.
The price is expensive in comparison to what you would get in other European cities for the same value. The ‘breakfast included’ was only a voucher for €5 - had to pay in most mornings. Small improvements could be made - like providing bottled water in the fridge (only got water once the entire stay) - ensuring dusty floors are cleaned in rooms etc. road noise is very high too.
