The location is great, situated in a calmer area with nice cafes and restaurants tucked away from the mass tourist crowds of the old city but close enough to walk to all the highlights of the Palermo. The rooms themselves are new, modern and clean.
Unlike the rooms the bathroom is not new and major inconvenience is the disturbing noise one can hear when someone is using the toilet, opening a water tap or taking a shower. Since the rooms are not soundproof one can hear everything, also when guests are talking in the lobby/reception area. For the sounds coming from the main common area it would be advisable to have a door that separates the hallway with the rooms.
