We were able to check in early, Giuliana and Simona were very helpful. The location is fantastic, everything is within walking distance, and the place is authentic and clean...
In the fertile Etna region, with its cheese, olives, and abundant fruits and vegetables, the breakfast is unfortunately very poor. There's only one egg, and we hardly ever got full each morning. The optional breakfast is a failure... That's the only bad thing...

Location was excellent. Check in was easy. Staff was very accomodating.
In the kitchen, it would have been nice to have some paper towels, napkins, a few small bowls and a sharp knife.
