The cleanliness of the apartment was great
What I didn’t like was the neighborhood being very lively at night. People were outside and it was noisy until around 3 AM. This was not related to the landlord.

Free coffee and breakfast and drinks is a plus
Noise from the street is high, not good for the light sleepers, but this is the cost being located centrally
Windows dont reduce the noise too much so bring your earplugs and nothing to worry about.

Excellent environment, spacious and comfortable rooms, and a delightful housekeeping service. Daily breakfast and coffee are provided. The location is superb, with direct airport access and close proximity to the city center. The surrounding area is pleasant, and the host is incredibly kind. Highly recommended!

- The room was really comfortable & spacious.
- Bathroom really close to the room.
- It was and felt really clean.
- The location was really central & really good.
- The communication was online because he wasn`t there or didn`t
communicate, when he would be there. I had to "pull the informations" out of the nose - which was
tiring, because I just wanted to rest after work and not micromanage. Afterwords I asked for a seperated bill and never got an answer.
- Close to the room was a bar or disco, so it was loud in the evening/ during night.
For me it was more or less manageable with ear plucks. But if you are sensitive sleeper, this could
be disturbing.
- No cups, infrastructure or any possibilities to make e.g. tea.
