    ​I struggled for a long time to choose a place to stay in Palermo. Many reviews for this hotel complained about intense noise, making it impossible to sleep. However, I was won over by how politely the management replied to every single comment—unlike other places that responded to negativity with aggression. I really appreciated this human approach, so I decided to take a chance and just brought earplugs with me. ​In the end, everything was amazing! All the staff were incredibly friendly, the service was top-notch, and the value for money was excellent. It wasn't even as loud as people made it out to be; it got a bit noisy from Saturday to Sunday, but it was completely bearable. ​Major pluses: perfect location close to the center, 24/7 front desk, quick check-in, and a great AC. We would absolutely recommend this hotel!

    The staff were very welcoming and quickly checked me into my room. The hotel has a vintage retro feel and everything works and is super clean. A variety of different options for breakfast, great coffee and friendly staff.

    We were happy with this hotel. BUT there is NO POOL. This is misleading from Agoda from the pictures.

    Kind staff, nice clean room, good breakfast. Location is good enough to reach the city center, but the square of the hotel feels not that safe for solo female traveler
