So the reason why i selected this place was only because of the owner. Warm and welcoming guy . He gave us a perfect introduction about Palermo, food , places to visit, beaches and also about history. He speaks English perfectly. Now about the room . Perfectly as shown in photos and mentions in description . The room were we stayed was with projector and with prime subscription , perfect for the night movie time . The location is also good transportation are near by . I would suggest metro are better then buses. And I would love to visit again . Thanks Valerio

The location was very convenient, with the markets and bus stops nearby, including the buses needed to get to Mondello. The host was also very helpful and welcoming. He gave us a detailed explanation when we arrived and recommended places to visit and eat, which was really useful.
The main thing was that it is advertised as a bed and breakfast, but breakfast is not actually provided. Only water is offered, along with a coffee machine.
