The communication with host was amazing, there was no problem with english there, the AC was working great, location is great, 5 minutes from the cathedral and a 25 minute walk from Palermo Centrale. Also the amenities were great.
There wasn't really a breakfast available, when we asked the host about it he reccomended some places so it wasn't really a problem.

Lo que más me gustó fue la limpieza, al llegar. La habitación estaba impecable.
En el Booking ponía limpieza de habitación diaria y allí no pasó nadie en los tres días que estuvimos. Las mismas toallas, sin cambiar. Un rollo de papel higiénico para los tres días. No tienes a nadie con quien contactar. El día que nos íbamos la puerta de entrada, estaba cerrada, teníamos que salir temprano para no perder el avión y allí no había cerradura para abrir con llave. Llamamos al anfitrión y no nos cogió el teléfono ni se molestó en llamar más tarde para saber si teníamos algún problema.
