Location!!! Next to Capo market and opera house.
Don't let the front door scare you off. We also had a little trouble finding the interior door. Signage could be a little clearer.

Very clean
We had to climb 3 flights of stairs with heavy luggage.

Great location walking around the city was easy from here
The stairs are narrow and steep so carrying the suitcase up was difficult

Location, staff was nice. Breakfast is fine.
Building, breakfast room wasn’t really clean or nice. The bedroom is okay but smell of sewer in the bathroom, and toilets make a big noise. No décoration seems very cold.
