Internet didn’t really work in room - we had to keep resetting and in end hotspot from my paid eSIM

Everything was fantastic. Excellent communication regarding my arrival. Parking was managed very well and worked out great - only a short walk to hotel, and the polite helpful man also arranged my ZTL for €5. Hassle free instead of me trying to do it. Perfect central location. Easy check-in. Room nice and clean, bed comfy, good size room and small fridge for my water as it was extremely hot in Palermo. Lift up so no problem with my suitcases. Lovely goodbye on departure. So I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to stay there. Service like it should be!

Decor needs updating

The room was nice, featuring a great outlook and beautiful flooring, double doors opening onto balcony. However, much of the furniture was outdated and unnecessary. And bathroom was showing significant wear - clearly in need of renovation.

The accommodation was not as pictured on booking.com. We paid for a kitchen and washing machine, but these were not provided or available. Additionally, there was an issue with the toilet paper-it had to be disposed of in a basket rather than flushed, which is apparently common practice in Palermo. Both these important details should be clearly clarified and stated in the listing on booking.com. The bathroom had a bad odour throughout the day, which was quite unpleasant. Please note, the recommended secure parking is actually street parking.
