We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very attentive, responsive, and helpful throughout our visit, thank you Alin! As international travelers without local phone service, we especially appreciated the excellent communication through Whats App, which made check-in and any questions very easy to handle. The room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable, providing a great night's sleep after long days of sightseeing. The property felt safe and secure, and the location was outstanding. It is situated right next to one of the most popular streets in the area, with numerous restaurants, cafes, and shops just a one-minute walk away. There is a gate to access and then get into the hotel. Overall, this is an excellent place to stay, especially for international travelers. Great service, comfortable accommodations, and a fantastic location. Highly recommended.

Good location but not aware of any other amenities. It is hard in a b&b to get advice about transfers and local restaurants as you have to email and wait for a reply.

My partner and I really enjoyed staying at inCanto. It's right by the main square of Palermo so it was really close to everything that we wanted to see or visit. The street just being is all restaurants so you won't have to worry about going hungry. The staff, Alin, was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. He took the time to explain the breakfast and everything within the B&B as well as made many excellent recommendations for food we were looking for. Given the opportunity, I will definitely try to stay here again. I would recommend definitely recommend staying here!

This is a great place to stay when visiting Palermo. The location in the Old Town is perfect — you won't find a better location than this. Our room was also very nice: large, airy and equipped with everything you could need. The breakfast was also very good. Our host was very helpful via WhatsApp throughout our stay. One general thing to watch out for in Palermo, which is outside the control of this place, is the rolling electricity blackouts. We visited in July when it was between 30 and 40 degrees, and there was a blackout almost every day.
