A comfortable stay in a great location for the city centre and travel.

Very well appointed and beautifully clean. Good location for city centre and parks. It was extremely hot the week we stayed and because the bedrooms were downstairs it was much cooler - a bonus. Two toilets in the property. Great to have free parking. Linda communicated very quickly.

I needed a mirror near a plug for drying my hair. It would have been a bonus to have a couple of fans during the hot weather, although we appreciate it’s rarely this hot in Scotland!

What a super property, and a wonderful residence to spend time in.

The house was spotless, exceptionally well stocked with all we needed, and really comfortable in every respect. The location was one which enabled us to utilise both railway station and bus station within five minutes walk, as well as being close to other amenities such as restaurants, cafes, parks and a variety of retailers. We would love to come back to this property again in the near future, and we would fully recommend a stay here. Further, we must add our sincere thanks to Linda, our host, for the many messages of help, guidance, and support, both prior to, and throughout our brilliant week's break in Perth.

The best stay in Perth

My uncle visited Perth due to the UCI world cycling championship, and totally loved Linda’s place. This small cottage was perfect for him since it was close to town and the railway station. The garden has beautiful flowers and the place was super clean, it was his best stay in Scotland and totally recommended. Also Linda was super helpful in guiding us and providing important information, as a host she really is the best! Paradise place does provide full amenities and is perfect for people who also wants some privacy, because is in a very quiet and nice neighborhood. My family will definitely visit again if they go back to Scotland, they were super happy with Paradise Place 😉

Couldn't get better location

The location excellent. Hadn't got transport bus and train station 5 min walk

Only downside having to strip beds and bag it. Also same with towels. Had to sort rubbish and put it in appropriate bins. Don't like working with other people's wheelie bins. Especially with covid still about locatio

WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN

THE LOCATION WAS SUPERB. WE WERE ABLE TO WALK INTO TOWN EASILY. THE OWNERS HAVE THOUGHT OF EVERYTHING OF WHAT YOU WOULD NEED. LOVED THE LITTLE SUNNY SPOT OUT THE BACK. PERFECT FOR A COFFEE IN THE SUN.

The best thing is we would go again in a heart beat.

The location was unbelievably quiet. We liked the trains that run past they make for a nice alarm clock. The neighbors were friendly and nice to talk to. The car parking space was fine we got an SUV in there no problem. Was probably our satnav but we found using the post code for the car park out the front of the house (PH2 8JD). You're a 2minute walk from the South Inch and about 5 mins from the city center. The house is so nice inside and furnished to a very high standard.

We found the beds a bit hard for us but that's just down to personal preference.

Great location for train-spotting.

The house is beautifully furnished and it is obvious that the owner cares about the quality of items in the house (except the beds!).

The house is an upside-down design, the kitchen is only about twenty feet from the main east coast main railway line, with both passenger and freight trains running past the property. Great for train spotters but not good for a restful sleep. Sitting in the lounge the floor physically shakes when trains go past, also the TV signal breaks up. The beds, as stated in previous reviews, are uncomfortable. This is because the bed base is a solid board so no ‘give’ to aid comfort. The other ‘problem’ with the beds is that the base is about six inches longer than the mattress causing knocks and bruises to shins when walking into them. One tip: do not use the rear bedroom if you do not want to be disturbed by the trains.

Place is clean, warm, location close to city centre to walk to restaurants and pubs, off a cul-de-sac so no passing traffic. Close to railway station for travel, but also very close to the railway line to Aberdeen, though trains do stop running in the early hours. Host is very approachable and responds to queries quickly. Would I stay there again? Definitely Yes

Beds were too hard for comfort, I would take a mattress topper if going there again. If you like a firm mattress you'll be fine. There is a reserved parking space but access is tight if you have a large vehicle.

We enjoyd our stay.

We made our own breakfast as we like it, everything we needed was in the large kitchen. The TV was amazing (big screen). Modern and nice homefurnishing. Free parking lot included. Only a few minutes walk into the center of Perth.

We miss a hoover in the appartment. Trains behind the house were loud, but the did not disturb our sleep.

Excellent location, short walk to town centre. Our host was again excellent, any questions quickly answered and advice freely given. No issues to speak of, I would certainly recommend a stay at Paradise place Perth. I couldn't fault it.

The Frying pan had seen better days, however this was reported and noted to be replaced. In no way did this minor issue take anything from a lovely place to stay.

Groot huis, goed onderhouden en zeer schoon. Alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig. De eigenaresse was online bereikbaar als we iets wilden vragen.

Het huis ligt dicht bij het spoor. Maar we hebben geen last van de treinen gehad.

Voy a visitar a mi familia varias veces al año y me encanta Escocia.

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos aquí. Excelente apartamento con todo lo necesario. Tuvimos problemas para ajustar la calefacción. Por la noche se quedaba la casa a 14° y el calle estábamos a bajo 0. Sugerimos la vez anterior que pusieran una agarradera en la ducha para salir porque es muy alta la bañera. Y no la habían puesto...lo demás todo bien. Muy ricas las pastas que te dejan al llegar.

Ya conocíamos que tiene 2 pisos y están las habitaciones abajo y arriba salón , cocina y baño principal, pero debían advertirlo para gente mayor con dificultad. Pasamos frío. Las toallas de baño son muy pequeñas. Sería muy bueno unas grandes 🙂
