Perfect place for a visit to Benidorm

Ideal location but.......

The location is perfect. You are only 2 minutes from Lavante seafront beach. House is ideal for a short stay in Benidorm with plenty of room for a couple staying. There are plenty of places locally to eat,drink, and buy shopping to take back to the house.

Even though it has 2 x bedrooms, it isn't ideal for families, especially with young children. The stairs are very steep, which isn't safe for children or older adults with poor mobility. The electronic mechanism to open the door isn't simply. The owner sends a link to upload documents, but it isn't clear about how you open the door. There is a link to watch a video on how to get to the property, but do not download the app it suggests to open the door, as it doesn't work. To open the door, just open the link the owner sends you and press the link that says, "open house," above the online checkin link in green. Once you open the door, the house keys will be hanging up on the wall next to the door as you enter. It isn't B&B, as you might think. There are a couple of prices of bread wrapped on the kitchen side and condiments in the fridge.

The accommodation was clean, compact and bijou in a reasonable location

The location was good, it was clean and the beds were comfortable, except for the not enough mugs the kitchen was kitted out well

Could not gain access as per the link sent so had to phone the host and unfortunately he didn’t speak English so was difficult to converse but got there eventually and the door was opened remotely by him. Breakfast was a bread thin, there was only camomile tea, (there were coffee sachets and milk) there was only one and a half bathrooms not two as advertised, there was only three mugs considering it can sleep six. The shower room was very small and had to open the bathroom door before I could get into the shower

The location was amazing, steps directly to the beach were literally one minute from the house. All instructions were clear and easy to follow- I couldn’t have had more help! Javier, from the company, was incredibly helpful and allowed us to check in early. the house had everything we needed for two couples and the A/C was very welcome!

the location was great for the old town. it was spotlessly clean and modern

the booking system was terrible I would not return for this reason. the app did not work until you were able to access the property. They insisted on me giving details of my cc including the ccv code even tho I’d paid in full via booking.com. if you asked a question you just got bombarded with automated emails giving stock answers that were inappropriate. the app never fully worked and there was 4 of us with both Spanish and English phones Benidorm is relatively flat but the property was up a very steep hill which wasn’t mentioned very limited space bathroom was particularly tight

Loved the location for a 2 bed house tbh. Old town is good and new town easy reach. Hosts were good and explained how to do everything but be aware you are asked for a deposit for the property too.. helpful for the ones who dont have €200 spare the day before.. enjoy 👌🤙

The entry system was a bit finicky, the house was smaller than expected but nonetheless acceptable, but the only thing that really needs to be improved upon is there is no kettle and no mugs or cups. We had to buy a travel kettle.

Compact, surprisingly roomy and very clean

The apartment, although small and compact, was roomy enough for two adult ladies, holidaying together, to each have their own personal space. A bedroom each when holidaying is something of a treat! The extra toilet downstairs was an extra bonus too. The apartment was very clean, very tidy, and even though we didnt use anything at all in the kitchen, not even the kettle, it did appear to be fully equipped should you wish to self cater. It is a really nice space, a good location, just a street and a bit back from the sea front, we were very happy there.

It was quite dark inside, not much natural light. However, this is Benidorm, where you go outside after you get up and go back inside when its time for bed, so this really wasnt a problem. The keyless lock system was good, you opened the front door with your phone, but this meant we were quite conscious of our battery life on our mobile phones throughout the day, we had to make sure our phones were charged, or we wouldn't get in the apartment. Something to think about if you use your phone a lot when out.

Great little gem. Lovely and modern for Benidrom

Very modern decor and well presented. Lovely quiet location. Air con throughout was wonderful.

Very difficult to locate. Only small sign above door. No signage or name of property to help locate. Tried calling for help, but not English speaking. Bathroom door dangerous as two of the people staying got trapped in the bathroom. Also app controlled front door lock a fire risk worry as no way of exiting building without the app.

It was clean

The communication in english with the owner was verry difficult. You are required to registre into an application in order to get the access code to the apartament. It didn't work properly and we stayed outside for more than 3 hours. Small rooms and very shadow, you can not see the sun from inside. Poor mobile signal inside the house. The owner requested us to pay extra fee even if we paid in advance for 6 people.

The location was excelent. Close to everything and most especially to the center of the esplanada! The apartment is cosy and welcoming although a bit to small for large families but the best part is that is has two toilets.

The GPS doesn't help you find the location very easy as the apartment is at a crossroads of many small alies.

Izostanak doručka je povario utisak inače dobrog apartmana na odličnoj lokaciji.

Doručak je bio katastrofalno loš a pored toga ostavljen je doručak samo za jedan dan. Nakon komunikacije sa objektom nakon tri dana dobili smo dodatni doručak u prihvatljivim količinama ali nepotpun. Lokacija je odlična, Kreveti su suviše mekani za moj ukus. Kuhinja je dobro opremljena, čistoća je zadovoljavajuća

Doručak izuzetno loš, a pored toga i nedovoljan. Ostavljen za jedan dan i pored toga što je navedeno da je uključen u cenu. Samo doručak je bio loš jer je podrazumevao puter i džem za jedan dan a nakon komunikacije sa objektom i nakon tri dana bez doručka samo hleba i puter.

Dalle foto sembrava molto più grande , noi eravamo in 4 persone , i bagni sono 2 ma solo uno ha la doccia dovrebbero specificare , il soggiorno è piccolo e per fare colazione in 4 il tavolo bisogna aprirlo e spostarlo . C’è specificato con colazione compresa ma fa ridere …. 2 marmellata e , 2 burini e succhino !!! Meglio non scrivere che è compresa la colazione .

Boa. Mais deveriam mudar a forma de entrar na casa. Muita burocracia

A localização nao tem igual. Nao poderia ser melhor. Bem perto de tudo. E em local muito tranquilo e sossegado. Gostei tambem que tem ar condicionado em todos os comodos. 2 quartos com camas de casal muito aconchegantes e muito confortável o colchao. E na parte de baixo no sofa ainda daria pra mais uma pessoa.

Pessima a maneira de entrar. Muito chato, desconfortável e stressante, principalmente depois de uma longa viagem de 10h de carro. Deveria ser mais pratico. Pois para pessoas mais velhas ou com um pouco de dificuldade nao conseguiria entrar. Pois quando cheguei tive de preencher algumas perguntas tudo online. E pra assim o anfitrião abrir a porta remotamente. E aconselho nao trancar a porta e somente sair e bater. Ou entrar e bater. Porque quando se tranca ela fica muito dificil de abrir e causa stresse ate que a pessoa consiga resolver o problema. Em relacao a insatisfação o que pesou pra mim foi isso. De resto são mínimos detalhes que é comum em qualquer lugar que fosse hospedar. E voltarua a ficar novamente hospedada mais se possível, pensar em outra maneira para que os hospedes consigam entrar de forma mais facil sem tanta dificuldade.

En Villa Playa estarás genial y con desayuno incluido! Detallazo

Ubicación cerca de la playa, en 2 minutos estás en la arena de la playa de poniente que está muy bien con todo a mano y super a la vuelta de la esquina. Además un sitio bastante tranquilo tratándose de Benidorm. Está un poco escondido pero con las indicaciones y video del anfitrión o con el GPS se llega sin problemas. Nevera grande y todo lo que puedas necesitar en cocina y aseo-baño hemos estado 2 días muy bien lo aconsejo y si puedo, repetiremos!!

Para mi personalmente, la escalera un poco estrecha y algún desperfecto (aunque entiendo que no les haya dado tiempo a subsanarlo si lo habían echo los anteriores inquilinos) si no seguramente lo hubieran arreglado.

Eén grote ramp, we hebben uit miserie een andere locatie geboekt.

Helemaal niets

Alles, de accomodatie kwam totaal niet overeen met de gegevens op booking. Alle positieve reacties zijn zeker fake! Afspraken werden niet nagekomen. De host kwam niet opdagen nadat dat wel afgesproken was. Het was vuil, er hing een lijkgeur en het ligt in een achterbuurt. We hehhebn locals moet laten helpen zoeken naar de accomodatie. Bij telefonisch contact werd gewoon opgehangen. De afvoer was verstopt. Er stond een fles mineraalwater die half leeg was. De trap is levensgevaarlijk om je hoofd niet te stoten. Voordien al zeer dubieuze berichten gehad om mijn VISA kaart te updaten terwijl er niets aan de hand was. Ons vertrouwen in Booking is aanzienlijk geslonken na deze belevenis na al tientallen jaren klant te zijn geweest.

Buena estancia

Nos alojamos tres noches, mi pareja y yo con nuestra hija de 3 años. El alojamiento muy bien situado, reformado y agradable, con todos los servicios (cocina, tele, internet..). Javier muy atento en todo momento por si necesitábamos algo, nos dejó desayuno y un detalle para nuestra niña. Nos volveremos a alojar ahí cuando volvamos a Benidorm.

Deseo comunicar lo siguiente piso genial todas las comodidades . Excepto el horno no funciona si la ventilacion

Y es importante decir lo siguiente la serradura electronica una verdadea Odisea de mierda para abrir la puerta, no dicen 2 dias antes de llegar de probar de 7 a 9 veces para abrir cada vez. Falso , casa vez entre 13 y 16 veces para abrir la puerta desde la calle. La llave mecanica que se puede utilizar daba vueltas en la serradura que la harina para hacer churros. Mi mujer con mi nieta se quedaron bloqueadas dentro ,sin poder abrir. LLame al señor de la gestion con el mismo cuento si pruebas tantes veces y se abre, si probando . Le dije que estaba a punto de llamar a los bomberos para forzear la puerta. No hay otra salida , si hay un incendio y no se puede abrir la puerta de la calle , los estan dentros se hacen "pollos asados" .No poder ir a otra parte ese dia, que eran mas de las 16 h 30, nos quedemos ahi por obligacion , este viaje estaba planificado desde hace mas de 3 meses. El dueño del piso o el gestor me llamo y nos dijo que la serradura tenian problemas desde el dia miercoles 19 de enero y que estaba encargada. Para mi si tienes problemas de entrada con una serradura , no se alquila esos dias hasta su reparacion , no por el problema de abrir por el problema de seguridad a salir.

Apartamento ruinoso con nada de vistas y buena ubicación.

La limpieza es bastante aceptable. La ubicación es buena, tienes que subir bastantes cuestas, pero se diría que está a 150m. de la playa. La tranquilidad es buena porque está en una zona peatonal donde no acceden coches. No hay ruido alguno.

Los trámites de reserva son muy farragosos. Llamas a los teléfonos de oficina y te dicen que no existe ese alojamiento. Tienes que abrir la puerta a través de una aplicación que normalmente abre al 15º o 20º intento. El apartamento tiene las estancias excesivamente pequeñas, muy claustrofóbicas. No funcionan las televisiones de las habitaciones. El ruido del extractor del baño (que va con la luz) es insoportable de todas de todas. El mobiliario está muy gastado y a punto de romperse todo.
