Lied about the pool.

Location was good.

There are 6 pictures of the 'pool' - unfortunately the apartment does not have access to said pool, we were unable to use this for the duration of our stay.

Would not stay there again unless service was better and they offered a room with daylight.

Firstly the shower flooded we had to lift grid then pull out hair mixed with oil from drain pipes this was not easy (no plunger). Secondly this would of been obvious to whoever cleaned bathroom. Thirdly there was no room number or floor on key we thought once in property there would be instructions on notice board, we had to go back to kebab shop key pickup location to ask, was very difficult communicating. We asked for a second set of keys THEY REFUSED EVEN THE BUILDING ENTRANCE KEY very inconvenient. Lastly the room was too dark no natural daylight seemed like night all the time. And workmen fixing lift a couple of times.

Decent shower and bed overall it's just a place to put my head down

No working TV . The main bedroom is a patio door if you close this door and you are on the inside of the room you will be locked in there permanently until somebody comes to rescue you all you have will have to break the patio door because there is no latch to let you back out I made this mistake luckily I was with somebody in the room to let me out I could have been in a situation where I would have been stuck in the room for the duration of my stay.

The apartment was well updated clean and well kept . All facilities for tea coffee but no cups?

The log in times, the mouthful I received from the cleaner in spanish as I asked to be allowed into the flat at 2pm instead of 4pm. Not friendly, helpful just downright nasty. Location great for old town but not for the british side of benidorm

Helaas heel weinig maar gelukkig was het alleen voor te slapen. Liefst had ik gelijk de deur weer dicht getrokken

De regendouche zat vol met schimmel. Niet bevoordeling voor iemand met een luchtweg aandoening. Heb hier ook een foto van gemaakt. Onderste sproeier was afgebroken. Overal liepen er beestjes. Heb een enkele foto van de beestjes. Kropen steeds overal achter en tussen. Ik beveel dit appartement NIET aan. Wij hebben 4 appartementen gehad in 1 week. Deze waren allemaal super netjes en goed op deze laatste na.

Piso con lo esencial buenos colchones en la cama

Cocina hacer un mejor lavado de los elementos de cocina especialmente las tapas qué en su interior acumulan la grasa de su uso por los diferente usuarios temporales Realizar una fumigacion correctiva en los muebles de la cocina por ser de madera son acumuladores de cucarachas Los aseos especial la ducha en las mamparas en la base dar un mejor aseo y limpieza acumula mucha suciedad Si en 5 horas no alcanzan a dar una mejor limpieza de una hora signada por uso, deberían ampliar el horario de limpieza Los muebles debes encuando mandarlos a lavar ya que sus forros son acumuladores de grasa y suciedad qué dejan algunos usuarios

Esta a 15 a 20 min caminado al centro.

Falta de limpieza en todo lo que es platos cucharas vasos tazas lleno de polvo. Eche en falta cucharón y una tijera no venía mal Ventiladores de techo demasiado ruido varias cucarachas zona cocina puerta entrada poco segura mal estado no tendal sofá cama mal estado,en la ducha salía todo el agua zona váter,difícil aparcar en la zona no regresaría.

El precio fue muy asequible y para una familia de 6 personas es muy cómodo pero hay que tener en cuenta que dos personas dormirian en el salón ya que el sofá es sofá cama matrimonial

Esto que voy a comentar lo voy a decir a manera de sugerencia porque el lugar esta muy bien, en la cocina hay chiripas creo que con una buena fumigacion se puede solucionar y la hora de entrada podría ser mas temprano a las 14:00 seria de lujo.

No hay donde aparcar No tienes acceso ala piscina te disen q es de 11 a 15:00 y te entregan el apartamento alas 16:00 si vienes con niños no lo recomiendo la nevera sucia los colchones como q estuvieras durmiendo en el suelo no fatal y menos q te solucionan para q accedas ala pisina

Está bien situado y hemos estado cómodos. Por el precio no puede pedirse más. Es tal cuál las fotos.

En el baño hacía un olor raro, como a tuberías. Hacían falta cosas básicas como un rollo de papel de cocina, o algunos utensilios que normalmente hay. Podría avisarse de que no había ni sal, ni aceite ni cosas básicas; nosotros compramos un paquete de sal y lo dejamos alli. La pica para lavar los platos era muy pequeña y no había lugar donde dejarlos secándose.

Mis pros y mis contras

El lugar situado que estaba al lado de muchos mercadillos y muchos supermercados y obviamente de la playa a 5 min, además de eso haya a donde vayas siempre va a ver tiendas y supermercados.

La limpieza, porque? No por nada las camas estaban limpias y todo perfecto pero vimos cucarachas en el frigo y en el baño, y teníamos que limpiar cada 30 min por k rápido había polvo y se ensuciaba, no había internet y eso es muy importante si vienes 1 semana. Y las obras molestas y es como que nunca terminan por k vi comentarios de más gente de hace meses y seguían de obras ... pero por lo demás todo perfecto, nos lo pasamos bien y estuvimos bien agusto.

El precio y la ubicación.

La recogida de llaves era lejos del apartamento, en una zona céntrica de aparcamiento imposible. Nada más entrar ves un cenicero cuando se supone que está prohibido fumar. El apartamento olía a tabaco y ambientador. Limpieza muy pobre, suelo sucio. Baño con caca. Solo 2 rollos de papel higiénico del más barato para 3 personas 2 días, me parece un detalle muy cutre porque es insuficiente.

Falta de profesionalidad

La ubicación

El telefonillo no funcionaba con lo cual teníamos que bajar a abrir al resto de los inquilinos y solo disponíamos de una llave para 5. La contestación que me dieron es que el telefonillo no funciona, solo hay una llave y que usáramos un sms, WhatsApp o llamada para avisar a los que estaban dentro para que bajarán a abrir a los que estaban fuera, con lo cual tuvimos quee bajar 4 veces de madrugada para poder abrir al resto de los miembros porque llegábamos a horas diferentes. En segundo lugar, una de las habitaciones está en una terraza acristalada con lo cual corría más aire que en la playa de levante. El sofá cama cabía justo en el salón por los ue no se podía pasar de la habitación de la terraza al baño por suelo. La cisterna no traga bien las aguas fecales teniendo que presionar múltiples veces.
