the property was very tired , lots of things broken ! Shower head couldn’t be attached to the wall , the facings on sockets came away when you unplugged an appliance , beds very uncomfortable , very low of crockery ie no bowls for cereal or deserts , chipped mug of which there were two only , no door on the living room , keys to front door were very difficult to turn , pool area very unkept and every sun bed was broken although pool quite nice , all just very tatty !!!

Very basic accommodation

It was a good location, but you will need a car to get around Benidorm easily. They are offering free parking in their courtyard. We got there late in the evening and someone was waiting for us to get the check-in done.

Nobody in the staff speaks English, so you'll need to understand Spanish in order to communicate with them. Entire building needs an overhaul. The flat was spacious but all the furniture/doors and appliances were old, poorly maintained and/or damaged. The boiler was working only from time to time, and when we complained about it, we've been told to keep an eye on the switch to make sure that is on all the time as it was switching off by itself. The only small electric heater provided wasn't working more than two minutes after plugging it in. Nobody came in to check/clean and/or change the towels and bed sheets, take out the garbage or replace the single roll of toilet paper we were provided with for the whole 11 nights. I'm disappointed that I am allowed to upload only one picture per room which doesn't show all the cracked tiles, the poorly maintained appliances, old and disintegrated furniture, missing socket covers in the bathroom, dodgy electrics and the antique and totally damaged microwave, the lack of cleanliness and so on.

Good Value for Money but Cold Stay in the Winter

This is very much a budget apartment and for the price paid, was very fair. I liked the balcony and the first rays of morning sunshine. The location was very good for my purposes, I was visiting my sister who lives in the area and as I did not need the beach, the 1.5+ Km walk to it was not a problem. If I wanted a beach stay, I would have not booked here. The hosts were very good but I did not have time to visit the restaurant so cannot comment on it. Close to shops, restaurants and some bars.

This was a Winter visit and expected it to be chilly. There was only 1 heater in the apartment so the bedroom and bathroom was always cold at 12-14 degrees. The cold floor tiles made us feel even more cold but of course, in the Summer, cooler tiles would be essential. The facilities were all right for a budget stay but we were worried about the toilet bowl, which rocked when we sat on it. Unfortunately, there was no wifi in the apartment and we had to go to the small lobby to use it. It was fast but it was cold sitting there while using it.

The location

It was dirty like the flour was full of sand.... The doors of the balcony were extremely difficult to open or close.... The bathroom was extremely old..... The kitchen tools were so old and dirty, there was no oven, like we could not use the tools of the kitchen to cook at all so we had to eat outside which means more waist of money...i mean I didn't enjoy my stay there I would never go back. I'd rather go to a hostal or a hotel...the only good thing about the apartment was the location... The apartment is in a serious need of reconstrution. The apartment is not really worth the price.

Todo antiguo y reventado.

La atención de la mujer que gestiona los apartamentos PÉSIMA. Llegamos viernes y estaba el acceso al parking abierto. No nos dio llave ni dijo nada en el check in y al estar abierto pensamos que estaría siempre así. Por la noche vimos que la puerta del parking estaba cerrada por lo que a la mañana siguiente, en horario de atención de oficina, intentamos contactar pero no hubo nadie por allí en todo el día. Llamamos al teléfono de contacto porque necesitábamos sacar el coche y nos dijo que no, que no había forma de sacarlo y que no podía hacer nada.
