It was a good location, but you will need a car to get around Benidorm easily. They are offering free parking in their courtyard. We got there late in the evening and someone was waiting for us to get the check-in done.

Nobody in the staff speaks English, so you'll need to understand Spanish in order to communicate with them. Entire building needs an overhaul. The flat was spacious but all the furniture/doors and appliances were old, poorly maintained and/or damaged. The boiler was working only from time to time, and when we complained about it, we've been told to keep an eye on the switch to make sure that is on all the time as it was switching off by itself. The only small electric heater provided wasn't working more than two minutes after plugging it in. Nobody came in to check/clean and/or change the towels and bed sheets, take out the garbage or replace the single roll of toilet paper we were provided with for the whole 11 nights. I'm disappointed that I am allowed to upload only one picture per room which doesn't show all the cracked tiles, the poorly maintained appliances, old and disintegrated furniture, missing socket covers in the bathroom, dodgy electrics and the antique and totally damaged microwave, the lack of cleanliness and so on.
