Very bright apartment very close to the beach (PONIENTE BEACH). A lift from the building take you to the beach. Excellent sights to the beach and mountain. Urbanization with gardens, supermarket, tennis court, sport field & swimming pool for adults & children. Main bedroom with sights to the beach and king size bed. Lovely area, nice apartment. Owner, Luis ,very helpful. I like to have a TV so no point saying you have one if there are no English channels! Thought there should have been at least one towel change for a 9 day stay. I think this is a fair and hopefully helpful assessment.

The property is a lovely, spacious apartment and the location is excellent and, importantly, the owner is extremely helpful and very contactable. We had a couple of small issues but the owner responded immediately to our text and sorted them out quickly. The apartment has good Wi-Fi connection and is conveniently situated on the ground floor. Poniente, where the apartment is located is really quite different from about 5/6 years ago. Lots of investment going into this area of Benidorm and consequently there is a now a large selection of new shops, restaurants, bars and cafes to choose from close to the apartment. From the apartment it’s a pleasant stroll into the old town in one direction or for those looking for a little more exercise a lovely walk to La Cala in the other direction. Would definitely stay here again.

Had wonderful holiday in this appartment! What you see in pictures is exactly what you get! It is very clean with everything you need for a holiday appartment although it started to feel like home to my husband and i. Perfecly positioned for the beach and small spanish bars we like, and only a 15min walk into old town to our favourite Tapas bars and restaurants we frequent! So happy to have found this appartment and hope we can return again! Top marks to owner for getting it right!

Stayed for 3 weeks from 2-23 September..Although it is an apartment it doesn't feel like one because it is not ovelooked from lounge or main bedroom and is on the bottom floor. The apartment is a bit dated but very clean and has all the equipment you need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is very modern with a great powerfull walk in shower. There are lots of mirrors and the lighting is very good. We had the windows open for three weeks and never had our sleep disturbed once.The location is great. The lift drops you off on the front by the beach. No internet, but because of apt position we were able to use internet connection from Hotel across the way..We used the hotel pool and bar.( drink prices very reasonable)..If you have a car the parking is very good...Although there is a bus stop outside

"Lovely apartment very close to the beach, we had a fabulous time. The Old town is nice and quiet and the new promenade is beautiful, right across the road from the lift out of the apartment block. The apartment has everything you could need."
