It was brilliant for what we needed for our short stay!

How it was equipped with everything we needed for our short stay.

Running out of shampoo and body wash in the bathroom, just incase guests don’t bring their own.

Property was a short drive from city centre. Previous customer left Netflix logged in.

Parking entirely inaccessible, I don’t have an overly large vehicle and just about managed to get it into the reserved spot, providing neighbours weren’t blocking access. Floor was dirty, white socks were black within a minute, we cleaned it ourselves to avoid disruption during our stay, with our kids. Tin opener broken, knives blunt, usual poor quality kitchen items found in cheap locations. Room was cold, only a single 20+ yr old electric heater for the whole room, approached customer support who passed message on to landlord, response was unacceptable and passive aggressively threatening. The response stated that due to the fact that we had 1 more child than originally booked for the properties fire code was unable to accommodate another heater. A load of rubbish in multiple ways, but being specific they were aware of my booking including my 4 year old as well as my 10 month old as I requested a cot before at point of booking and given the all okay from landlord simply asking us to re-request it upon arrival, however we didn’t get the cot after requesting as instructed. Neighbours, or should I say flat mates (a thin interior door separates you from their living space) will be awake at 5:30am sharp, they will converse in polish (I think) stomp around and open and close doors in-between showers and circuit sprints around their apartment. One corner of the property was a storage space for all cleaning supplies, mop bucket, industrial hoover etc. I could go on. All in all a terrible stay, fortunately we only required 3 nights and if it wasn’t for the inconvenience of having limited options beyond this location we would have requested a refund and went elsewhere on the first morning.

The door doesn’t lock properly from the inside, the kitchen is falling apart, only have one oven tray to cook with no pizza cutter, bed is comfy.

Good facilities in the apartment. It was clean and tidy on arrival. Bed comfy. Mostly quite (see below)

There's a streetlight close to the door and the light shone through the glass so the flat wasn't fully dark during the night. Was able to cover the glass with the ironing board and picture off the wall however! After feeding the back I've been told this issue will be addressed. Also that there is a flat above the apartment and sounds carries pretty badly through from it. Was quiet for 3 of the 4 nights but on the last night (Sat) the occupants above were talking quite loudly and it was as if they were in the room with us, which was a shame. Parking space is down a narrow alleyway, was tight to get into and is on quite a steep a slope relative to the road. I scraped the front bumper of my car pulling out due to this.

Good location. Clean . Not very expensive

Definitely not suitable for 4 persons. Looked bigger in the pictures but the reality is that is was small. We were promised linen bu the bed didn't have a duvet and the sofa bed did not have any linen had to sleep directly on the mattress with nothing to cover. Couldn't sleep well because of that. Very uncomfortable had to buy a throw from a market nearby. The fact that e were called and emailed a day before checking out was unpleasant. Not sure why they felt the need to constantly remind us when we have to leave. Parking was narrow very stressful to park without the worry of scratching or damaging the car. If you have a bigger car don't even think about it. Noisy from the neighbours

Very good

Comfortable bed and clean sheets. Honestly the best sleep I've had for a while. Tea, sugar and milk were provided which was nice after a long day. The shower is phenomenal with a multi setting for the different jets and perfect water pressure. Soaps provided also. Powerful washing machine facilities got out dirt and stains from a grassy cliff side walk with ease. Machine pods were provided. Kitchen facilities were great and through I did not use them, I could imagine making a nice home cooked dinner there with ease so the option was great. Also all cups and plates and sides were clean on arrival. Only five minutes from the bus into town so a good location. 20 mintue walk from City centre which I opted for a few times.

The door lock was very difficult to work as it did not lock properly and took more than a few tries to properly secure it when leaving and entering the accommodation. The clothes drying rack was a little small for me but it was nice to have. No wheelie bin to throw rubbish. Had to leave outside the property. Somone else had their netflix logged in when I arrived so this was likely missed during preparation.

Die Tür hat geklemmt, musste repariert werden. Ein Stuhl war nicht mehr benutzbar, weil ein Fussbein nicht mehr angeschraubt war, was dann Ursache für meinen Sturz war. Ich habe Fotos an die Kontaktadresse geschickt , aber ausser einer Entschuldigung wurde auf meine Anfrage, eine weitere Nacht zu bekommen, als kompensation, nicht nachgekommem...
