Good place to stay, it was clean. Would recommend to stay if you are a couple with a pet. Too small for a family to stay

Good size for two people. Close to the city centre. Quite area. Parking was not too difficult.

Was not told or saw it be mentioned on the other side of a door at the end of the corridor is the owners house. Not told the heating can only be controlled with the timer and setting with the owners of the property in their house. Was annoying at some points as it was cold in the night after 11pm when my partner and I were still awake but heating was off.

Lovely stay with a sea view

Very clean and well equipped property. The host provides everything you need and a bonus was getting tea, coffee, cereal etc upon our arrival. The host was helpful and responsive whenever I had questions. The interior has a nice costal design with a lovely sea view :) The area is quiet and the hilly location wasn’t an issue for us as the walk up is steep but short so it’s not bad. You can also easily grab a cheap uber from town if needed.

It was clean and comfortable,

The curtain at the end of the hall! Separating the owners part of the house from us, you can hear them talking even passing wind nice. The kitchen is well equipped but not very functional more suited to a left handed person. If you don't mind sharing house and just want a place as a base then it is probably ok. Parking is an issue you have park in different street as parking permits are in force it might be an idea if the owner's got visitor's parking permits. I could go on, no I wouldn't recommend and no I won't be going back this is the first time I've left a review like but it needs to be said.

Perfect for short stays

Very clean, bright and open. Arriving to a pint of milk in the fridge, a loaf of bread and the essentials was definitely a nice touch. Lovely views and close to city centre.

Lovely decor, clean and comfortable but description is misleading.

First off, the property itself is lovely albeit compact. The kitchen is very small but useable for a day or two and adequately equipped though there was no colander, sharp knife’s except two small blunt ones, or cheese grater which made it difficult to make the meal we had planned. There was no iron and the TV didn’t have regular free view, just Netflix, iplayer etc. The main issue is however is that this is not a two bedroom apartment, it is one bedroom with a sofa bed in the lounge. I had purposely wanted to book two bedroom apartment therefore this was a disappointment, there is also no parking, which is a bit tiresome

Very nice and clean

Flat was very nice and clean. I liked seaview from bedroom window. Owners letf for us bread, butter, jam, marmalade and milk, it's very nice gesture.

I didn't like space of living room, it was too small for us. When we made sofa for kids we had no space to move. It wasn't enough space to eat together. I think this flat is perfect for couple but not for family. I also didn't like cooking pots, I think they should be replaced, stainless steel is better option as it easier to clean and very more resistant to scratch.

It was an enjoyable stay.

There was a variety of cereal, a tub of milk in the fridge, and coffee, tea and sugar. It was more than adequate for breakfast

while the main bed was excellent, the Sofa bed was uncomfortably too soft.

Great little place to stay, would recommend.

Lovely apartment, clean, well equipped and decorated and really comfortable. nice view out the side to the coast. Host left milk and tea etc which was a lovely thought and appreciated after a long drive.

There didn’t seem to be any normal tv channels just to flick on and have something on in the background. only Netflix and iPlayer and channels like that, however I didn’t ask the host so maybe there was. Also my husband is not much of a walker so the location half way up the hill was a little bit of a pain for him and the parking was a street or two away after loading. However it didn’t really affect us too much and I would return.

Very good

Prompt support from the owner in the night for resolving main door lock issue since lock mechanism was not common. Immaculate attention to the needs of the traveler by providing all necessary kitchen utensils to basic necessities like tea, coffee even small boxes of cereals.

Location, as it is in some hilly area , sometimes it is difficult to explain the location of the place to cab drivers or cab booking agency. Handbook for the traveler should be updated with details of app to be downloaded for booking cab and explain that cab agencies to be called in case cabs are not available through app.

Comfortable property but no parking

The property is small but perfectly formed, bed comfy, milk in fridge, cereal in cupboard. Lovely property and easy walk to town.

There is no parking at this property. I specifically searched for a property with parking, and advert says it has, but it hasn't. There is a drive but used by owners so you can't use, and all surrounding streets are 3 hours limit or permit holders only. Street parking is 5 minutes walk away from property. Also the garden area is shared. This not a problem but not made clear in booking/advert.

Swansea with a view

We loved the location and having a fully equipped apartment while staying in Swansea. It was a very clean and modern space inside in a neighborhood with pretty views down to the Swansea Bay. We were on foot and the walk up was strenuous but well worth it for the views and the place. The owner's directions were quite good and our entry went smoothly although we never met the owner.

Small, clean, well located for exploring accommodation.

It was easy to get in. The hosts equipped the kitchen more than we expected, milk and cereal were available, which was a lovely touch. The double bedroom was a lovely size and suitably furnished. Everywhere was clean and tidy and decorated lovely. It is in a quiet area of Swansea. Having our dog there was no problem and we could let him toilet on the front lawn. Swansea Bay was 5 minutes drive away and lovely for the kids and dog to play on. This place is central to be able to explore The Mumbles or The Gower. Fab little place.

As a family of 4 it would be more ideal to have 2 bedrooms separate to the living room area but we knew what we were booking and it was value for money. The place is situated on a steep hill, like others have said, you definitely need to have your own transport.
