The location was perfect for what we needed it for it was nice and quiet

The boiler continuously showed a F75 fault which meant when we were coming back from being out the house was cold this also happened during the night. There was no TV in every room as stated only the one TV in the main living room which didn’t work there was no free view available with the only app accessible being BBC iplayer. The single beds had no bedding on them. The window in the kitchen did not close properly which caused a draft and made us weary of security issues. The upstairs smelt of cigarette smoke which wasn’t resolved when the windows were opened. There was no clear instruction regarding what to do with any rubbish there was no welcome pack with any information about how to use facilities including the boiler and heating controls which i had to google.

I rate the apartment as below average

Location was fairly close to city center but did not expect the hills I had to go through when coming or going.

I didn’t like the fact that the property was advertised as having tv in every room while only the living room had a television. We were also disturbed by roaming cats in the neighborhood. One tried to forcefully enter the property and we had to be locking all the windows despite the fact that the weather was warm. The deck area had a bushy view. The deck should be better maintained. Tha kitchen had plumbing problems that needed maintenance.

The view was good

The accommodation was comfortable and the beds were good. It had a lovely view over the city and the sea. The neighbourhood is quiet.

The apartment is up a very steep hill. There was no dishwashing liquid or washing powder even though it said there was and it took 24 hours for them to get some dishwashing liquid to us. The plates were dirty. The range hood was dripping grease so I had to wash it. The bathroom was very small with nowhere to hang towels. We advised that the antenna cable was missing and it was not replaced so we couldn't watch tv. There are no instructions for the heating or hot water system which I had to work out as there was no hot water when I arrived. The back yard is very overgrown and there were bags of rubbish in the courtyard. The staircase to go upstairs is very steep and there is only a partial handrail.

everything about this property was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend a stay here to anyone even if it was offered for free. it was dirty with disgusting bedding and no proper central heating. we were freezing and chose to leave half way and stay at a local hotel instead

Very good

The house is nice. Comfortable beds, cosy and warm with lovely views. There are a lots of beds crammed Into a small space, but this would serve a larger group. Bathroom basic but with good shower.

Checkout was 10am. Not happy to have the cleaner and her 2 little kids try to get in at 9.35am when we straight out the shower. Lots of details to submit before you check in. They needed id and took 150 deposit straight away, but was told could have to wait 7 working days till returned. Dirty floors.

Bit basic if you want to spend a lot of time in it , had a few issues but the service from Hollie @ KG inspired was impeccable

Really peaceful. Had some trouble with the link to pay the bond but a few phone calls to kay and all was sorted. Recieved some texts off kay whilst there to make sure all was ok and if we needed anything. Couldn't have asked for more. Would definitely stay here again
