We only stayed the one night as that’s how bad it was we are lap could not deal with hills and steps place is terrible

Was not told about it on a big hill also high steps going up to house it smelt of damp spidered in all rooms quilt stained could not use freezer section of fridge because it was iced up really bad advertised as a apartment but is is a run down house

Disappointing

Upstairs bedrooms were nice

Bathroom was awful, floor by toilet flooded everytime we had a shower, toilet seat and push button broken, stairs banisters dangerously low, awful smell in downstairs bedroom, floors dirty, cushion covers dirty, kitchen fridge and cooker didn’t work properly, altogether very disappointed, won’t be returning.

some aspects were great but some need attention

Very clean and great location

Furniture in living room is in poor condition - worn and shabby. Getting the central heating to stay on was difficult so it was cold at times. Wi Fi needed resetting so it didn’t work at all on first night. shower head won’t stay up as it is broken and in need of replacement.

Good

The property was good and comfortable, however the kitchen appliances supplied for such a big property and the expected maximum capacity was terrible. No descent sized pots to make food for even two people, hence we had to buy a set of pots, which we did not plan for as you would expect that such a property will provide adequate cooking pots and wears for the number of guests capacity. Also, no bowls for mixing which we also had to buy. The key box is the worst. It took two people to open the lock as it needed someone to pull and another person to open. If I was the only one that arrived, I wouldn't have been able to open the key lock myself to release the key. It has to be changed as it is too tight and flimsy to open. Generally I will score the kitchen 1 and the key lock 0

nice and roomy. free parking in the road.

WI-FI difficult to log in to. no hand rail on steep stairs - dangerous No handrail on steep steps outside - dangerous Front door VERY difficult to lock/unlock and the top half of the door was broken. Very unsettling and dangerous again. Rubbish outside - even maggots under one bag of rubbish - outside looked unkempt and unloved - not a good first impression!

Pleasant.

There where damaged doors in the lounge. That need to repaired a big whole at the bottom, which would improve the look of the property and some marks on the wall. The bedroom below is uneven level, a notice would be useful. I tripped twice. There is flooring in the lounge could do with replacing it is damaged under the sofa. The outside courtyard could do with painting and rendering looks very messy.

Not recommendable and would not return

Beds were clean and comfortable.

On arrival at 4 pm, the neighbours had their music blaring out, which went onto 6 pm. The Property, 70 Watkins Street the walls were shaking. Was not a nice welcome. Would not recommend this property to anyone. The area was not nice either. We felt very unsafe. Although the beds were clean, the whole house smelt stale and not aired. The electrics did not seem safe either. The TV cable was hanging from TV to a electric board.

Overall, a great acomodaion and and good value for amount of money paid

The accomodation is conveniently located to the town center. Very cleanly presented and very well maintained. All required facilities were in very good working order and there was ample space for parking. Enough sleeping facilities for a large family. The agents were very friendly and answered all questions promptly.

Small oversight and confusion over checkout time meant we were rushed in leaving the accomodation

The apartment was clean well equipped and great. The host company were friendly as well.

The location was not good. Although near the city centre it was in a residential area but looked to be in a bad area. The next door neighbours had their music on loud in the morning.
