The location of the property was ideal and a couple of minutes drive from the centre of Swansea. We used this as a base to explore the area including the Gower Peninsula. The property was easy to find and was well appointed - 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom with additional sofa bed in the lounge. Staying there during the heatwave was easy as fans and the ability to open windows and the doors to the Juliet balcony allowed a breeze. A great find and we would stay here again.

Location was perfect for us, close to half marathon start, and convenient for local shops and supermarkets

Reasonable place for a short stay. Well located for the museum, leisure centre, beach and city centre. For Swansea, decor is well done for the budget. It was clean. TV and internet worked well.
Definitely some penny pinching going on - poorly equipped kitchen, no cafetiere or coffee making setup, no dishwasher tabs?! A general need for maintenance with several minor issues needing attending to.
