Had a few problems, the management company where responsive to my messages and sent apologies but nothing was actually done to fix them, I sorted out most of it myself. Feels like they are too far removed from the day to day practical running of the property. Heating and WiFi wasn’t working when we arrived and there some cleanliness issues

Nightmare with unhelpful staff.
Nothing. I liked leaving.
When we arrived, it was hard to find and we wish we never found it. We entered the property to unmade beds with used wet towels thrown across, used soap bars in the shower, food in the fridge and freezer and used personal belongings scattered around. The communal area had used plasters and other noticeable throwaways. Called the host who was rude and kept telling us to take up with booking.com but could offer another apartment however the code for this did not work. We had to leave and find alternative accommodation with a 4 year old at 9pm!

Location was close to a Tesco express and loads of restaurants. It was also walking distance to the city centre and bus station. Washer/dryer was the reason why I booked this place.
Table was so wobbly, I didn't dare dine on it. Kitchen tap was constantly leaking. Front door lock cover rotates so you have to ensure it aligns with the lock so it just takes a while for no reason. Coffee maker was broken. Shower head only had the rainfall option which isn't ideal when you don't want to wash your hair. The flat seemed to have been designed by a man as it wasn't very functional. The bedside table isn't next to the bedside. The bathroom mirror is the tiniest thing and apparently has a height restriction on it. I found many strands of hair in some of the drawers upon arrival. The duvet cover had stains on the inside. The threshold strips are absolutely disgusting - loads of dirt trapped beneath them. Location was questionable as down the street there were 2 businesses that were forced to close due to criminal activity according to a police statement taped to their shutters.

Advertised as “ free parking “ which was the main reason for booking. Description is very misleading as in reality there is only street parking only available from 6pm to 8am - who wants to move their car at 8 am and there is nowhere to move it to. Told there was a car park at the end of the street - where ? I was there for 10 days and never found it . Ended up parking in residential street 10-15 minute walk away and only knew this because was visiting family who live nearby

OK accommodation in a good location, but needs better mattresses and damp addressing.
Good location close to the centre of Swansea. Quirky apartment, one of several converted from a former church building, with some funny-shaped spaces. Modern fixtures and fittings and generally well-equipped. The hosting company were very responsive. Washing machine was useful.
Bathroom had black mould all over the ceiling and in the extractor fan, and smelt badly of damp. We reported it and the hosts confirmed they would get the handyman to fix. The electric heater in the small bedroom had a broken cover held on with parcel tape, which didn't seem very safe. The double mattresses are very narrow, even for two quite small people, and quite soft.

Excellent place and position of property.
The place was very nicely decorated and appointed. The flat was spotless as well with all the mod cons necessary to make you stay a comfortable one. The location was great as well about 10mins walk to thr near edge of the city centre.
The parking is an issue but you can work with it and there is a 24hr carpark nearby with a reasonable rate for 24hrs.

Dangerous electric heater and dirty apartment.
It had 2 bedrooms
Broken cover on electric heater in bedroom could have proved fatal to a small child with bare wires.

Apartment is for 4, but only a 2 seat sofa.
Blocked sink in bathroom with black bits coming from the trap.
Dirty toilet and shower.
Foid and food wrappings on the floor in one bedroom with food in the bedside drawer.
Entranceway covered in rubbish and slippery leaves.
Heater in lounge not working.
Dirty, dusty skirting boards throughout.
Vacuum cleaner block with dirt and dust.
Rusty cutlery drainer.
Rusty toilet roll holder.
Dirty table mats.
Filthy duvet in one room.
Awful mattresses with no mattress protectors.
Broken bin in lounge.
Free parking is only available after 6 and for 1 hour in the day.
We initially contacted Cohost Partners who offered to send someone to sort out these problems, but it was not convenient. However, since we left and added all our concerns we have heard nothing from them.

Filthy, darkish and repellent stink of cigarette smoke.
The flat was actually quite nicely equipped if you are travelling as a couple. The double bed was comfortable.
Unfortunately we can absolutely not recommend this accommodation. Travelling with 2 kids, we came to the appartement No.1, the area isn’t the best, too, The entrance area outside the chapel is very dirty and full of litter, smelling like urine. The room is a souterrain, quite darkish, but as we opened the door there was a fierce smoke odour. We opened all the windows and had to keep them open all night, which is quite uncomfortable with people walking by and the feeling that one could easily drop something through the window. Though on the first sight everything seemed proper, newly furnished, the room was not only obviously used for smoking, but it was filthy as well. We found old cookies under the furniture, crumbs on the table, the floor was sticky, kitchen knives with sticky, dirty, unwashed blades, screws and cable parts in the bathroom, so that you couldn’t cross the room with your bare feet. Moreover, the hos had forgotten to prepare the sofa bed for the kids. So we had to open it ourselves, make their bed. The sofa was dirty and repellingly dusty inside, The linen crammed in the cupboard in a heap. We tried to clean up with the vacuum cleaner, but that one was so full that it was blocked and we couldn’t use it.
First, the hosts’customer service was okay, trying to help. But it was clear that cleaning the room (which had obviously been forgotten), couldn’t help with the smoke odour. After one night, with my husband, who tolerates the stink lying in a way too small and uncomfortable sofa be, and me and the children in the double bed. No more reaction by the hosts. We left and contacted booking.com. Only after their intervention, the hosts refunded one of 3 nights . It is unacceptable to let a room for rent that stinks of smoke and is filthy like that. The hosts answered that the floor was sticky because it just had been mobbed (and had to dry!) and that the cigarette smoke was only cooking odour… As if one couldn't tell the difference.

Great hotel with excellent amenities, but the dirty and poorly maintained surrounding area is disappointing.
This hotel has everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. The bedroom was spacious, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the added bonus of Netflix.
While it’s conveniently close to the city center, the area around the hotel isn’t the best part of town. The entrance path was quite dirty, and during my two-week stay, there was awkward always rubbish around the entrance.

Great last minute break
Large with high ceilings making the whole apartment feel roomy. Excellent location to shops beach city centre amd transport hubs. We stayed on a weekend and there wasn't any noise from clubbers out in the city. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen. The best thing was the fact we could bring our furr baby cat with us who enjoyed her new surroundings to explore inside. Access to Netflix on the TV andfree fast WiFi. The hosts were kind to let us check out 50 minutes later so our cat didn't have to stay in her carrier longer than needed.
Only a few little ideas for improvement. The beds could have been a bit bigger. Needed a cheese grater, 1 more tea towel, a dustpan and brush and a fish slice. Be careful of the entrance as can be slippy when it's wet. Also there was rubbish outside on the kerb ready to be collected however seagulls had got into them causing a mess. Recommend stronger bags or biffa bin.

Very disappointing
The building is beautiful and the apartment has beautiful high roofs and traditional windows.
We arrived on Friday evening and there was no bedding for the sofa bed and only 2 towels. I phoned and was told someone would come in the morning. No one arrived I followed up with a text and message through Booking.com and received no response. We had to manage with a throw and 2 towels. Apartment was clean on the surface but we were greeted by bits of toilet roll at the apartment door, the sofa bed was dirty and underneath it hasn’t been cleaned. The entrance to the building was disgusting.

Honestly everything was just brilliant. This was our first time in Airbnb - we loved the experience. Normally we use hotels. The experience at this property was just brilliant.
The property is in the city within walking distance from shops and restaurants/ take aways. We found the location particularly interesting because of the mosque right at the back of the property.
Parking is a little bit of a challenge. I understand the location being in the city free parking is normally limited. There was a paid parking sites not too far from the property but luckily we didn’t need to use it. We managed just fine within the allowed free parking times around the property.

House is comfortable and was clean and tidy on arrival .Kitchen is well equipped and a family can feel like home.
The location is close to the center and there are many restaurants around in case need, especially if the arrival time is late evening. All heating elements were found in good working condition.
Sofa in the mess room should be renewed soon.
One time only hot water was not available late pm for few hours.

Property was lovely inside, very modern, self check in was easy.
After an awful first night the manger sent a cleaner in the next day to re-clean our room and fresh bedding. We also received a partial refund.
First night after we had checked in and unpacked our belongings, we went out and returned to find a family in our bed, and their cases in the hallway and living room. They had a key to our apartment. With it being self check in no one was available at the time to sort this for me.
