A good value property clean and well decorated but lacking in kitchen ware

location was good. property was clean and warm, beds were comfortable, sheets and towels were clean, communication was good, parking was good.

Disappointed to find grill tray in oven had not been cleaned and we couldn't use it to heat croissants. Everything else in the house was spotless. Table was small for four adults to eat around. Most disappointing was the poor mismatched selection of crockery, cutlery and most of all the glasses which were plastic and random. Hardly enough for four people and not in keeping with the standard of the rest of the property. Strange choice of washing machine but no dishwasher !

Enjoyable stay

A nice clean and well decorated house with its own private parking. It is well equipped and within walking distance of the sea front, bus station and town centre.

Beachfront location gave the impression it had a sea view. No instruction folder on how to use the appliances, tv etc.

Fabulous spot for Swansea, big car park for free, fabulous accommodation and host is wonderful. She makes sure you don't need to take anything with you but clothes. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Absolutely loved the house! It was clean and well kept, the beds were comfortable, loved the toilets , the area is also quiet and nice and walking distance to many places. Definitely will return soon!

A fantastic luxurious apartment in a very convenient location for our family break.

The information from the host was sent in good time, with lots of useful detail, it was very reassuring even before we arrived. The apartment was lovely and clean, and there were so many lovely little touches. The apartment was very comfortable, and all the rooms were a good size. It was fantastic.

The lack of room to store food, if the house is for 6 people there should be 6 bowls. The tumble dryer didn’t dry very well and no clothes maiden to dry clothes.

Nice, modern and clean. Perfect location for accesing the seaside and Swansea city centre. Spacious rooms nicely furnished. Tea and coffee, soap, shampoo all provided free of charge.

Great place to stay in Swansea - thoroughly recommend!

It was a beautiful house with everything we needed for a really comfortable stay. It’s very spacious and the bedrooms are all a really good size. The bathroom and en suite are sparklingly clean and the kitchen is very well appointed. It’s in an ideal location very close to the beach and only 10mins walk from the city centre. The host is very communicative and answered all our queries straightaway. We’ll definitely be back!

Great place, felt like a home from home.

Perfect guest house minutes away from the front of Swansea bay. The three bedrooms are big and the beds are excellent quality. There's a bathroom with a bath and shower and an ensuite with a shower and toilet and then another toilet upstairs, which is perfect when there's a few people staying It has a washing machine which has been a good extra! We met the host and she was lovely. I would recommend this place, I will definitely be staying here again.

there are three levels of stairs and quite dangerous for young toddlers. But we know ahead of the stay so it is not a complain at all.

Poor host support

The house is very nice and clean. It has two complete bathrooms. The third has no shower or bathtub, but that’s more than enough.

Our experience with the host is not positive. We communicated effectively only before the check in. After that only late or no responses. I asked for a receipt for being refunded (we travelled for work) and I’m still waiting.
