Amazing stay cation 10/10

I’d rate this property 10/10 — exceptionally clean, comfortable, and spacious with a stunning, uncluttered layout. The host, Gavin, was very hospitable and made communication effortless. I would definitely recommend this place — it’s right in the heart of the city, making access to all amenities quick and convenient.

It is a terraced house. Steep uphill for us and for the car. The entrance is accessible via steep steps. No parking near the property so we parked at a distance and carried our bags uphill. You cannot close the door in the bedroom closest to the bathroom.

It was clean and spacious and nicely decorated.

Whilst the hob in the kitchen was very new it wasn’t easy to use so only cooked one meal at the property. It only has one bathroom and no separate WC so with a number of people in the house this could be a little inconvenient.

Well decorated, newly refurbished house in a very quiet road. 5 mins drive to Swansea Town centre or about 15 mins walk. Our stay was great overall. Gavin was brilliant and really helpful.

Good value, great house, exactly what we were looking for

Really enjoyed our stay here, great value for money, a good location, and was equipped with everything we needed. I'll be checking here first next time I'm in the area. Gavin was a good host with communication, not that we required that for any issues but always reassuring to know the host is there if needs be.

Comfy beds, not far from town, great host

Location was great, steep hill up to the house but this was not an issue for us. Lovely modern house, host was very attentive messaging to make sure we were happy and had no issues.

Beautiful house, great location, comfortable stay

Gaving was a great host and very courteous when booking. The house is beautifully decorated and has space for lots of guests so it was perfect for us. It is located close to the city so we could walk to restaurants and a bit further for the seafront (hilly to walk back though!). Beds were comfortable and there were some great facilities and added touches. Clean kitchen bedrooms and living space.shop at the end of the road is very convenient.

Fortunately we did bring our own, but we were slightly surprised to see no cafetiere or fresh coffee facilities- instant was provided and maybe that is the norm for the area since even the shop down the road didn't sell fresh ground coffee. Not a huge problem but just something to note. The bathroom was a little less clean than the rest of the house which is a shame - mainly the floor area and the bathmat.

The property was clean and very comfortable. The property seems to be newly refurbished. It was in a lovely quiet location but only 5 minutes away from amenities. The check in and check out process was so simple, and Gavin was on hand to answer any questions.
