Would not recommend.

Good location. Quite easy access to city centre etc. House well equipped.

Besides providing ETA house wasn’t ready, had to chase owner to provide Pin to access keys, house NOT warm at all ( stayed there in February with toddler) heating was on only handful time a day ( requested to leave it on )Wet and dumpy wall in attic bedroom.

It was quite tired and is in need of refurbishment, but generally clean.

Disappointing

Great location 5 minutes walk from the beach and about 20 mins from the city centre. Good to have access to two loos. The house was warm, (tho we had no control over the heating). However, the owner was responsive and overall the house was clean.

The house was quite shabby round the edges and felt more like a student let than a holiday home (it is in the heart of student land, but location wasn't a problem apart from difficulty parking). The decor was tired, some electrical sockets were loose, the curtains in bedrooms were very thin and didn't keep out the morning light, blinds were broken or missing and there were no locks on the bathroom doors... While in theory there is free parking on the street, we found it tricky to find a space nearby.

Good budget place to stay.

Fantastic location in relation to the distance of the beach. Within lots of student accommodation, however we had no issues whatsoever. The landlord was very accommodating of us bringing our dog. However, be aware, there is no access to a private outdoor space so be ready to walk to the park at the end of the road for toileting.

It’s not the cleanest place we have ever stayed, you get what you pay for. It was absolutely fine for us for a weekend.
