Clean, looks like it's been recently decorated. Great facilities - everything you could possible need.
T.V. was a problem - only streaming available and you have to log into the apps with your own passcodes - ok if you can remember them!

Nice flat for one night stay
The flat itself was spacious clean and modern
The entrance way wasn’t very clean , stairs steep and some of the steps were spongy . Explanation for getting keys was a bit confusing. WiFi wouldn’t work or tv , settee needs replacing found a vape under one of the cushions

Clean apartment but below average overall
The locations for an event we attended at Brangwyn Hall was ideal, only a short 2 minute walk
Many things in the apartment are broken and need of TLC. The table is now screwed together so when you sit down to eat the top slides off. The sofa seems to have lost all support so when you sit on it, you are basically on the floor. The large TV remote doesn’t work so you have to turn on by the wall and there is no value control as the fire tv controller for changing channels doesn’t have that function. There is a lack of privacy in the apartment because there are no binds or curtains for the window in the hall way of nearest to the main door into the kitchen, therefore getting up for using the bathroom in the morning or at night, you are exposed to those outside. A very loud party was going on below us until 2.30 in the morning and the neighbouring flat has a window hanging out of its frame. I didn’t feel very safe at the property, when entering the main door we were greeted by a large stack of mail, for our flat number which mostly appears to consist of bailiff and demands letters. The corridor and hallway smell badly of mould when you first enter the building and the stairs up to the apartment do not feel secure. Check in information was only provided 1 hour before our check in time which made planning ahead difficult as we were already on route to the apartment waiting for the information to come through. This is typically sent 24 hours before check in. Because of this, we were not aware of the restricted parking outside the apartment which only allows you to stay for 1 hour between the hours of 8am-6pm Monday to Saturday. Thankfully we did not get a ticket but made sure to leave by 9am on the day of check out to be safe. There is parking next to the building which would be ample to supply a guest with a space (where the key is collected from) however was not advised this could be used.

Fabulous
Gorgeous 2 bed flat we only stayed overnight but it’s so well set up you could stay forever.
It had everything you could want from a flat was clean and well laid out. Bathroom had a massive shower cubicle was really modern and included a washer dryer.
Kitchen was also modern and well equipped lovely touch with the little box with tea coffee milk gorgeous hot chocolate.
We parked the car easy and it was a five minute walk to the Patti pavilion and a minute further to the beach etc.
Well worth what we paid as the Travelodge was £25 more for the same night.and there were 2 bedrooms
Better signage on the building as door says 12 when the info says 11 so you need to make sure you read the instructions given (unlike us 🤣)

Almost had a back injury with the state of the sofa.
Far right of the sofa frame was I guess not in great shape
Unfortunately, I hadn’t receive any key code information which landed in my junk. But then I asked via text instance response by the property, which is great but followed by text saying should have been received but I wouldn’t ask this information if I’d seen it

Appartement agréable près de la plage et du centre
Le confort et le style de l'appartement. C'est cozy et chaleureux. Très bien équipé (même si le système de douche nous a surpris 😅) et près du centre de Swansea
Même si on peut se garer dans la rue, le temps est limité en journée, c'est donc compliqué si on veut rester un peu tranquille. Les parkings non limités sont payants et chers bien qu'on ne soit pas en plein centre ville.
Et on entend malheureusement assez bien les voisins
