Value for money but too many negatives.

The location and aesthetically it looks nice. Nice shower and warm.

Stained mattress, duvet, pillows and sheets WiFi and therefore TV not working, however they did try to rectify this but with no luck Sofa bed horrendous, torn divert cover and no instructions how to make it up, so I just slept on the sofa as it was. . Smell of stale cigarettes

Great location, convenient parking, nicely decorated and clean, private close.

Was very cold when we arrived , boiler not working. Finally, was moved to another property in the close, boiler not working but finally got gas switched back on.

Great location with car parking

Great location with parking outside the door. Close to the beach, marina and shopping. Lovely walk into Mumbles. Neat little house with plenty of room for a few days stay. Nice touch with biscuits, tea and coffee left for us.

Cutlery and crockery were a bit hap-hazard and not matching. Duvet was too small for the bed and bed a bit worn out.

The property is close to the sea front and shops, with parking.

This is not a suitable stay for more than 2 people. The sofa bed is uncomfortable and the pull out section is not the same firmness or height as the rest of the sofa making it difficult to sleep on. The hosts are unresponsive, we found it difficult to locate the bedding for the sofa bed and they didn’t respond to messages, but continued to send automated messages about our stay. The WiFi did not work, and wasn’t even an option that displayed on our phones. It is not a very clean property, there were stains on the sofa and it was clear it hadn’t been hoovered in some time.

Lovely comfortable stay in Swansea

We had a lovely time at your one bed house. It’s been so tastefully decorated & I’ve taken some nice ideas away with me for my own home. Will definitely stay again when I’m in the area. Very comfortable stay & plenty of storage in bedroom for longer stays. TV had Netflix etc

Just a couple of negatives: the silicon around the shower tray could do with some mould spray applying to get rid of mould - I use it at home. Secondly the shower only has one temperature which is really hot. We couldn’t get it cooler. As we only stayed one night there was chance to raise this & be remedied. Lastly you need a new battery in the clock on the lounge wall & hand towel in downstairs toilet.

Lovely little property

Perfect location with private parking Stones throw away from the beach Bed was lovely and comfortable Shower had great pressure and a good temperature Upstairs was so so lovely!

Living room could have been cleaner. Severe stains on the sofa, obviously from previous guests but it would just make the place feel a lot cleaner if you sat on a clean sofa There had quite clearly been pets in the apartment also as the smell of pet was very apparent, as we come from a non-pet household it was quite strong to us but did seem to improve with air freshener and opening the back door Locking the door was slightly iffy Bathroom light upstairs didn’t work Ironing board needs replacing & the iron could do with a clean Did message the host to see if we could check in less an hour early as we had been driving since 530am, had no response and still awaiting that response too

A relaxing place to use as a base. We will come again.

The position of this property is great. Very close to the beach and town centre. It is in a quiet mews, relaxing and pleasant.

Better attention to detail on the cleaning side. The settee had a number of marks - no doubt from food spillage, which probably need steam cleaning. This is our second visit to this complex, using the same letting agent, and the first time (in a different apartment) the place was pristine. This time was likely oversight or not sufficient time between lets.

Small issue in that family member on sofa bed awake a few times with street's security lights coming on (but great bonus they have therm) decided on next visit wear an eye mask to bed. But a fab stay here. Thankyou.

No kitchen roll, no dish washing brush/sponge, no hand towel in downstairs bathroom or kitchen, kitchen dish towel left fluff on bowls and glasses, cutlery in the drawer was dirty, blind in bedroom is broken Pillowcase for spare bed is ripped All messages are from "the company" not an actual person Booking.com says the location address is on a different road and different house number than where we stayed, was a bit confusing

Good Overnight stay

Lovely house with parking outside. Everything you needed for your stay. We booked it for the location as was only a few mins walk to Brangwyn Hall & approx 20 min walk into town.

Have to stay I was slightly disappointed initially as the decor & sofa not as advertised in the pictures (which is what caught my eye & convinced me to book).
