Clean and tidy place with private parking.

The house was really clean and tidy. The private parking was great (don't forget to share your reg plate with the host as it is needed for booking). Adrian was responsive. It was a perfect place for a night stopover but it would be good for even more nights if we planned to stay in Swansea.

Great place, perfect location for the beach, accom was lovely, perfect for 3 people. Friendly hosts.

The double sofa bed is comfy on the sofa side, hard on the pull out side.

I beleive this is sold as ha ving a sofa bed, the sofa in the lounge is not a sofa bed as far as we could see no sheet for it, spare duvet had no cover Light in bedroom didn't work and pully system for blind was hanging out of the wall, needs screwing back in

Clean, Great location - easy walk to town and the beach

Nice new house that’s well furnished and very comfortable. Very clean and good location. would definitely choose to stay again rather than a hotel

Clean and compact

Very very clean and great communication with management company. Great location. Well decorated.

Was fine for 1 night but I didn't feel there was enough equipment in the kitchen for a longer stay. E.g. there was only 1 (enormous) sharp knife, no bread knife, no chopping board (that we could see), no container for cooking food in the microwave and only one wine glass!! Also could do with an extra chair for the table, there were only 2 even though the property sleeps 3. If I'm being very fussy it would be handy to have a shelf in the bathroom for toiletries.

Great place which could be exceptional with some small improvements.

Great location for town and bars/restaurants.

A few small things could make this place exceptional but did not stop us enjoying our stay. Springs could be felt through mattresses and pillows were very thin. Food from previous visitors left in cupboards and freezer. Toiletries from previous visitors left in shower. Blanking plate over wires in lounge needed. Lots of cigarette ends in garden which I picked up. Coat hanger inside door not affixed to wall. Dishes and cutlery needed washing before use as were dirty. Also, although we managed to park ok in visitors it was embarrassing when I questioned the man parking in our space only to be told they pay for that space and on occasion we didn’t want to move the car in case there were no visitors spaces when we returned but when I queried it I was offered other spaces.

expensive, disappointed and wouldn’t recommend

location and layout of rooms

smelt like dog, would never had stayed if I knew dogs were permitted, I’m severely allergic so had to medicate heavily that night. only one pillow and worse of all I have a £100 parking fine for parking in the correct allocated bay. no info on how to do this so text emergency number and was told my registration was on system. woke up to notice the ticket and warden there again. Had to leave at 8.30 to avoid another ticket,
