Excellent location, Needs more care/attention to little details.
It was in an excellent location. The queries I had were answered quickly by the owners.
When we arrived the boiler wasn’t working. I had to ring the owners to re set the pressure. I feel if it was cleaned that day they should have checked that out. There were no mugs there for tea or coffee. There were 2 little espresso mugs but none for tea. The ones that were there were chipped and dirty.

Poor experience
The WiFi had no connectivity, which was annoying. Also try to avoid this property as the apartments appear to be used for weekend partying, the property below was playing loud music, shouting and multiple coming and going people from 4am until they all left at 8am....

Master toilet light wasn’t working. Made it difficult to shower at night when we returned . We did complain through your website but no outcome From your end. This is what we sent on 6th August: As we secured this property in Swansea, we found ourselves increasingly dissatisfied in the lead-up to our arrival. Check-in was scheduled for 3 PM, yet we received no prior communication regarding access to the premises. Firstly, we did not obtain any advance information about how to enter the property. We attempted to reach out, informing them of our imminent arrival, but to no avail. When we called, we encountered a message indicating that they were unavailable to speak at that moment. After a period of anxiety, we sent another message, concerned that upon our arrival, we would be unable to gain entry. It took them a long time to respond back with the information that should have been readily available prior to check-in. Another issue we encountered was that the shower light on the first floor was exceedingly dim.

The place was stink of dog floors was filled woth dog here the fridge smells terrible the minute you open in the stench kills you. The bathroom light was not working needed a new bulb had to use a lamp on a side table to shine into the bathroom to have a shower.
