Nothing as far as we were concerned but 3 levels may be challenging for anyone with mobility issues.

We were visiting Swansea for the first time and we stayed at this beautiful property for 4 nights, and honestly, the photos do not do justice to the house. It is tastefully decorated, with a homely feel that made us settle in straight away. I was there with my wife and 3 kids, and the spacious rooms with king-sized beds were perfect for us. The coffee machine in the kitchen was a nice touch and I was just happy we made the decision not to bring an air fryer as this was already there. As tou know with kids, having a washer dryer was very handy too. The property was spotless, and there were enough bathrooms for everyone, including a convenient ensuite. The house was very safe, secure, modern with parking and well lit at night. Two things really stood out: first, the location. Within a 2-minute walk, we had access to various stores, pubs, restaurants, and even a Tesco Express. The town centre and beach were also within walking distance, which made exploring so easy. Second, the activities nearby were fantastic for the kids, from a water park and mini zoo to shopping centres and cinema, there was always something fun to do. We then found a restaurant called Bay View where they had an open mic on Tuesday with lovely food. As a parent of a child with special needs, I had some anxiety before the trip, especially with it being a two-floor house. I was pleasantly surprised to see that all the windows had restrictors, which gave me peace of mind. That thoughtful detail made a huge difference to our stay. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations. It was comfortable, safe, and perfectly located , a wonderful base for our family holiday with a very responsive host. Highly recommended!

Nothing to do with host or the property but I did find it difficult getting to a fast charger for my EV. Maybe because I am used to seeing them everywhere in essex.

The kitchen is spacious.

The beds are not a King (Super King in UK) size bed which were wrongly indicated in the booking page. Mattresses are worn off which affected sleep.
